Head up to the second floor where you will find a queen guest suite with a full bathroom. The bunk room has two sets of twin bunks, sleeping four total. Another master suite will sweep you off your feet with a king size bed and private en suite. The third floor hosts a crows nest.

3) This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Pools can only be heated between the dates of September 1st - April 30th.

The Perfect Beach House
Stayed at this property for a last minute summer beach trip. The location of this house is perfect! Quick access to the beach and in the heart of 30A shopping and dining, we were never more than a few minutes from anything. The house is absolutely beautiful, decorated with high end style and features premium appliances we felt like we were at home the whole time. We so enjoyed our stay — the only bad thing was, it wasn’t long enough. We had the opportunity for a quick get away and this house was fantastic! I understand it was recently totally remodeled and you would have thought it was a brand new house. Everything was bright and in pristine condition. The finishings are top notch. Great set up with basically two primary suites — one upstairs and one down. The laundry area was set up perfectly for accessing just off the kitchen along with a near by powder room and just around the corner from the back door out to the pool deck. There’s a great wrap around front porch with a swing which is perfect for enjoying morning coffee. The 6-person golf cart and bicycles are a must for enjoying all there is to do and see conveniently located near this house — to include the short ride or walk to the beach.
