Greenway Loop is an upscale 4-bedroom home with accommodations for 13. It is designed for relaxation and located in the popular community of Seacrest Beach on beautiful Highway 30A.
Luxury details include 10’ ceilings, tile and wood floors throughout, designer furnishings, new comfortable mattresses, and an outdoor shower.
The downstairs king bedroom is conveniently located off the foyer and has access to a charming hall bath. The spacious living area along the rear of the home allows easy access to the screened balcony with bed swing, dining table, and green space views beyond. A large flat screen TV provides family entertainment for relaxing after a day of fun in the sun.
The open and inviting kitchen is a chef's delight with custom cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless appliances. The large kitchen island provides ample space for prepping delicious meals and additional seating at the bar. The dining room table seats 8 comfortably.
Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms, including a roomy Primary King Suite with private access to a screened balcony. Its luxurious bath has a large, tiled walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. The Primary En-Suite also has double vanities.
The 2nd upstairs bedroom has a twin bed plus queen/queen bunk with private access to a large hall bath. The other bedroom has a queen bed with twin bunk above it and a twin trundle plus access to the guest bathroom. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and spacious closets.
Tucked away in a great location, this home offers privacy while still providing easy access to the Emerald Coast's most beautiful beaches, the 12,000 sq ft Lagoon Pool, and the shops of Seacrest Beach!

Had a great week- loved the area- kids loved the bikes, the village- everything was just beautiful - lots of fun; except for the beach chair company issue. No issues with 30A escapes- everyone was great to work with!

What a wonderfully appointed and beautiful vacation property!
The layout and floor plan fit the needs of our family and made us feel right at home. The location of the house backed up to a natural area which provided quiet and privacy on the screened porch yet was convenient to the beach and pool.
This was our first time staying in Seacrest Beach and it was the ideal family vacation spot. Please tell the tram drivers what a great job they do ferrying everyone around–I watched them extend much patience and kindness all day long.

Perfect family vacation home
Wonderful layout with plenty of space and beds for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked. The tram that runs through Seacrest was a wonderful bonus. We would definitely rent here again. 30A Escapes helped to ship personal items back to us that were left my mistake. Wonderful service!

Amazing Location, House, and Community!
This house provided everything we needed. It was a very spacious property with plenty of sleeping options and living space. The double screened in porch was an added bonus for the one day we had rain. The community is very quiet and clean with a great pool. Everything in the house was very clean and it is conveniently located for easy walking to all restaurants and shopping in Rosemary and Alys Beach. We loved our stay!

We loved the location which backed up to natural greenway/ nature walk. The house had the perfect spaces for family: back porch table, kitchen table, den area…we LOVED it!! The only thing I could even think of that was needed was kitchen scissors.

The tram will be available to take you to the beach during this time.
Rosemary Beach Access is private and you must rent through Rosemary to be able to access their beach.
We do have properties available in Rosemary if you are leaning towards Rosemary.
