The central gathering area in Seacrest Beach is at the Village of South Walton where you’ll find the majority of the restaurants, shops and Peddlers Pavilion. At Peddlers you'll find little boutique huts, bike rentals, an outdoor pub and live music.
A 12,000 square-foot Lagoon pool is in the heart of Seacrest Beach. It's one of the largest private pools in the state of Florida. Complimenting the lagoon pool area is a grassy amphitheater for year-round entertainment, including concerts, festivals, private events, and day-time activities like Bocce or Frisbee.

Palm trees line the streets and walkways providing shade and beauty. Folks looking to wander off the beaten path will enjoy the 1.3 miles of unmarked trails found throughout the community.
Seacrest Beach is often referred to as the well-kept “secret” of Florida’s Gulf Coast. Local favorite “hidden gems” and great natural beauty such as Camp Creek Lake and Crabby Steve’s Gulf Front Bar & Grill located in High Pointe Resort. It's one of the only beach front Tiki bars along the 30A corridor. Crabby Steve's Bar & Grill is easy to access if you're staying at High Pointe. Even if you're not however, you can still access it via the beach and walk right up from the sand.
The Gulf of Mexico is never far in Seacrest and deeded access assures a private feel. Some of South Walton’s tallest sand dunes are found in Seacrest Beach, offering visitors a unique look at Florida’s natural phenomenons. A seasonal Seacrest Tram runs throughout Seacrest Beach dropping off and picking up guests at the beach and Lagoon pool. Seacrest offers a unique, inclusive experience for whoever visits.
