The 30A corridor has so much more to offer than just going to the beach and the best way to explore it all is via bikes. Here at 30A Escapes we are focused on doing everything in our power to ensure that our guests fully maximize their Florida vacation experience which is why we decided to provide this bike program. The vast majority of our properties include bikes and these are not your cheap Walmart cruisers. All of our bikes are top end beach cruisers which means they are super sturdy and built for comfort.

In most cases, the number of bikes included is determined by the number of bedrooms at the specific property. So for example, a 5 bedroom Inlet Beach vacation rental house would include five adult size bikes. A 3 bedroom Rosemary Beach condo in Barrett Square would include three adult size beach cruisers and so on. If more bikes are needed, we have additional cruisers available for rent at a discounted price (compared to renting from another provider) for our guests. The 3 sizes we carry are adult 26", small adult 24" and kids 20" bikes. In addition, we almost always have attachments such as kids trailers available for rent if needed. The trailer attachments hold up to 100 lbs and are perfect for kids ages 1.5 – 6 years old. Kids trailers are also great for hauling gear to and from the beach.

All of our bikes include re-settable combination locks so you never have to worry about loosing your ride. All lock combination information as well as info on where to find your bikes is provided via our team a couple of weeks before your arrival. They will touch base with you to answer any questions and you`ll have the option to reserve additional bikes / attachments if needed at that time.

The 30A bike trail (officially referred to as the "Timpoochee Trail") runs the entire 19 mile stretch that makes up this special Florida Panhandle vacation destination. Ambitious riders could theoretically start their day in Inlet Beach and cruise all the way to Dune Allen Beach in just a few hours. Along the way they`d pass through quaint beach towns such as WaterSound, Seagrove, Seaside, WaterColor and Grayton Beach to name just a handful. If a long ride is not in the cards then you may decide to focus on a targeted area such as Rosemary Beach and Seacrest Beach. There are plenty of trails and side roads in just those 2 neighboring communities to keep you and your kids busy all day long. Alys Beach is another great spot to explore as you`ll find many secret bike trails throughout.
