Loved the Location and Condo

Our family loved everything about Happy Place!  It's right on the Seacrest Beach lagoon pool which is so nice when you have kids.  The balcony is huge and we spent a lot of time out there.  The condo is centrally located in Seacrest so everything is within Walking / biking distance. Alys and Rosemary Beach are right next door.  We loved having the bikes to use as well! Can't wait to come back next year!

I loved the condo and the location. Very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it!

It is close to the beach with many places and restaurants near by. We all had a great time. The place was clean and well furnished. It was also very easy to communicate with property manager if we had any questions.

Can’t wait to return to this “Happy Place.”
Our large family enjoyed a week at the pool and the beach. Big kids road boogie boards, tried surfing, and played paddle ball. Little ones made sand castles, searched for shells ok and buried grandpa in the sand. Later some road bikes to Rosemary and Seacrest to shop for treats and souvenirs. We barbecued, walked to restaurants, ordered carry out or took turns cooking . The trip was exceptional, and 30a Escapes provided great communication throughout the week. I would definitely recommend “Happy Place” to my friends.

Great Condo for Families!

Great condo! It’s the size of a house and has a fantastic location!
We usually rent a house in Seacrest but this condo was just as large and private! Top floor with an elevator so it’s a breeze! Nicely appointed and fully stocked to cook a thanksgiving meal for two families! So we very much appreciated that! Close to the beach, close enough to walk but you can grab the Tran if you need to… stop is right across the street. 4 bikes come with the rental which was so much fun for the kids (and some of us adults, too!)

Girls Trip!

We had a fabulous trip and the location was great! We overlooked the pool, the tram took us to the beach and it is conveniently located, close to restaurants and shopping.

Summer vacation

Condo was clean and well furnished. There was plenty of room for the kids. Each enjoyed having their own room with TV. Easy access to pool and beach, walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Perfect place

This was a "perfect place" for our family to stay. We had 6 Adults and two children. The adjoining rooms with the Jack and Jill bath room and bunkbeds in the children's room was absolutely great. When we got there non of the "5" TV's were picking up the channels. No problem. Guest services sent a knowledgeable Tech person within 15 minutes to refigure all the remotes. Very minor inconvenience. There were three balconies. 2 small but one large off the living area. The living and kitchen area were very open and nice for family gatherings. The largest deck over looked the pool. The pool was big and very nice. Everything was close to the beach entrance, shopping, eating. We were able to ride the tram or walk where we wanted to go. We highly recommend this rental. We will be renting again.

Great location overlooking pool
Perfect rental. Kids were thrilled to be so close to the expansive pool. Beach was a short walk or tram ride. The food and drinks at the pool were convenient and very good for pool fare. Overall, the location was very central to Alys and Rosemary, the condo looked even better in person than in the pics and it was an amazing stay for our family.

Loved my happy place

Loved the location and condo. The only negative comment is the beds are all very very firm.

Nice and roomy condo with wonderful view of the pool. Short walk to beach also accessible by tram.

Wonderful week with grandkids. Private beach was very crowded so preferred public beach with less restrictions. Great location although traffic can be heavy on 30A. Pool was very nice and large..

Loved it!
It’s just like what you see in the pictures. Very spacious. Great layout. Location is wonderful close to beach and pool. We didn’t use the tram. We just walked to the beach. The bikes were a hit! Very clean. The only thing that it’s lacking is kitchen tools like a wooden spoon and pyrex type dishes and beach/pool towels. Beach equipment would be nice too.
