A wonderful vacation getaway!!!
A family of 3 (two adults and a 4 yr old) really enjoyed staying here. It is right on the beach, so going to and from the ocean to get food, drinks, bathroom breaks, forgotten toys, accidents...made it SO much easier. There isn't a pool, which worried us at first...but it wasn't missed. The weather turned out perfect the week we were there and there is a sandbar that created the perfect sized "child pool" between the shore and the sandbar that allowed us all to play. Plus, DOLPHINS were seen every morning! The condo was wonderful - we stayed in the master which has a view out to the ocean. Our daughter stayed in the bunkbed room and talks about it as her favorite location in the condo. The kitchen had all the things we needed with a massive view of the ocean - the view, the balcony, the comfortable furniture all set this location up as a wonderful relaxing getaway (as much as you can relax with a 4 yr old). It's about a 20 min drive to mini-golf and theme parks. Also, near wonderful food options from fancy to casual - plus ice cream and snow cones.

First Vacay with Grandbaby

The whole week was all about creating family memories! My 4 year old grand daughter had a blast and so did we! The condo was beautiful! Bed was so comfy! We def will be returning to create more memories in your condo!

We hated to leave!!!

We had the most amazing experience at serenity now. I cannot say enough how clean the condo was. Everything was truly picture perfect! Renting the property was Hassle free and could not have been easier. Check in process was a breeze everything was sent to my phone. 30A was a breeze to work with booking this amazing condo. We will be back. The condo was completely stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. Every cooking utensil you would need was supplied. I was able to make my sons birthday cake with no problem at all. I just wish there was food storage we had to store all our dry food on the floor behind the kitchen table because there was no pantry. If you are looking for the perfect beach access and view this place is for you. The kids loved taking the bikes into town. What a great bonus. We’ll be back next summer!!!!

Best View
We loved this condo! Beautifully furnished & steps from the water. Very clean. Wish the master bedroom had a chest for storing clothing & another king bed in front bedroom instead of a queen. Also needs something in the kitchen area to store food & snacks. Cabinets are completely full with dishes, glasses & cookware. We would stay again. All in all, a very nice unit & excellent location with private beach.

Great condo with a great view

This condo is fully remodeled and is very nice inside. The balcony faces the beach and the ocean. You have direct access to the beach from the balcony. Overall it was a great week. We will rent this condo again.

A Beach Beauty

This condo is breath taking! The views of the beach are PRICELESS!!! The condo was absolutely stunning, very clean, and just a few steps to the beautiful white Sandy beach! Having two chairs and an umbrella that comes with the condo was wonderful! Our family and friends were very comfortable and enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony every morning watching the sunrise and sunsets! We will be back for sure! Mollie Wright, Friends, and Family

Perfect!
The condo looks just like the photos. This was the perfect place to gather with our children to relax and catch up. The view from the porch was beautiful and it was great to sit in the shade to read or have a meal. Access to the beach could not have been easier and we loved having the chair and umbrella set up and bikes. The location was peaceful and quiet but close enough to restaurants and shopping if we wanted to get out and explore.

Great views and beach access
This rental is accurately represented by 30A Properties. The view is gorgeous, the unit is clean and well-appointed, and the location is tucked away about 1/2 mile off of 30A. The beds are comfortable and 30A Properties was helpful and responsive.

Serenity on the Beach

Let me start this review by stating that I am a bit of a snob. I like to stay at places that are at least as nice as home. With that said, this property is accurately represented on VRBO. The beds are comfortable. It has all of the utensils you would ever need. The view of the beach is terrific and the location is very nice. The complex is tucked away about 1/2 mile off of 30A, so it is quiet and isolated (in a good way). My only criticism is the living room furniture is a bit worn and not very comfortable, but the views and other positives far outweigh this minor complaint.
