PERFECT HOUSE IN PERFECT LOCATION!!!!
I’m not typically the one to write reviews but I had to after staying at this house! If you haven’t been to Rosemary Beach yet like we hadn’t, this house is in the heart of it all! The pools are literally right out your door. Tons of shopping and restaurants available right across the parking lot. The Ice Cream and candy store was the best place right outside our door! There’s also live music on the weekends that we really enjoyed. The home comes with 5 bikes that were constantly in use by all of us! The Beach Tram picks you up at the pool and literally drops you off at the steps to go down and put your toes in the sand. This to us was a huge convenience since we didn’t stay right on the beach. The Tram carries around 9 people and can haul ice chests and chairs on the back of it. The elevator was a HUGE bonus in this house when moving in for the week with our HEAVY suitcases. The beds were very comfortable, unlike any other beach rental we’ve stayed in. The most important was the AC kept the house cooled off at all times and never struggled....another thing we’ve encountered while staying in other beach rentals. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes and pans. We spent just as much time in the garage as in the house. The ping pong table and arcade game was a hit with our families! Our shower drain wasn’t draining properly upstairs in the master suite, and they were very quick and accommodating to fix it. The only drawback for our group was that they count the bottom bunk area as a bedroom when it’s really a common area where the ONLY entrance into the rental is, so there is no privacy while sleeping there. It’s fine to stick young kids in there though, which is what we did. Overall, Sailaway was very nice and very comfortable for 13 of us for the week! I highly recommend it and we will definitely be coming back and staying here again!

Super clean and very pretty

The layout was awesome and we all almost had our own floor of the house. The elevator was great also. The bikes and short walk to the beach were a plus. I love the extras that the family had in the garage. Video game machine, ping pong, bike and chairs. We would definitely stay here in the future! Great response when we called for a new code. Very friendly staff as well.

Awesome house close to the beach and in the heart of Seacrest

Amazing house with top amenities and location. We went with our two teenage sons had a friend and were able to bring our dog. We really enjoyed our time here and everything was super easy!

Great Location in Seacrest Beach

One pool is just steps away. The tram to the beach is also very close but it is also only a short walk to the beach. Elevator was great to move luggage to the 3rd floor bedrooms. Restaurants were also just steps away. Really enjoyed the Rosemary beach farmers market (one minute walk) on Sundays. We enjoyed using the bikes on the trails located within the Seacrest property. Arcade games and ping pong were also very fun. Overall a great place to stay.

Wonderful stay on 30A

We had a great time in this beautiful and comfortable rental. Perfect location! Great pool and hot tub. Short walk to beach. Right behind shops and restaurants of Seacrest. Enjoyed the arcade game and ping pong table. Stairs can be tiring for older guests but we definitely got a workout. A few of the bikes need servicing but we enjoyed riding around everyday. The weather was perfect during our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Summer 2021

We loved Sail Away! Beautiful house! Comfortable living space. Quite a few stairs, but elevator was a great help. We really enjoyed our stay! Great location. We walked everywhere! I would definitely stay again!

A perfect house for All
We really enjoyed our stay at Sail Away. The home had everything needed and the elevator was a great plus. Beds were also comfy and bathrooms excellent. Only down is I would consider having main couch covered as it's getting worn but still very comfortable.

Family beach vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was just as described and even has a few things not listed. Lots of beach gear to use. The area was great and so close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Short walk to Rosemary Beach and beach access. Would definitely stay here again.

Family trip

Property was amazing, beautifully decorated and had wonderful space for us to spread out and be comfortable with the ample bedrooms and baths. We loved having the ping pong table and arcade game for after dinner fun and it was fantastic not having to rent bikes for the week. Elevator was a great help in getting luggage and grocery items to 2nd and 3rd floors. I would 1000% book this again. See you next trip!

Perfect location!

A great house in a perfect location. Tons of space for everyone, kitchen isn't too well supplied with cooking appliances and utensils etc... so if you plan to do heavy cooking, note that. There is an elevator that is incredibly handy to bring up groceries etc....Overall a great location and house for big groups!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This house checked all the boxes! The close proximity to shops and restaurants was perfect to take our 14 month old on strolls. The house was very clean and the layout was what was needed for the family. The check in and check out process was also seamless. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great House in a Great Location!
Our stay at Sail Away was great! We have been to Rosemary Beach for our annual girls trip for the last few years and it never disappoints. We usually try to stay beach side, but this year we chose an option on the opposite side of 30A. The house was in a great location, clean, provided the necessary amenities and the 30A Escapes team was lovely when we had questions. The house is a few steps away from Peddler’s Pavilion, the community pool and the beach tram stop. It is also a short walk to the Rosemary Beach shops and Alys Beach shops and eating and a quick drive to The Big Chill and Seacrest Beach shopping and eating.

Great location!

The house had everything we needed. A quick walk to the beach or into Rosemary for dinner. We enjoyed using the bikes, porch, and fun games in the garage. We would definitely recommend this to a friend!

We stayed @ Sail Away 05/15-05/19. The house was great. It is very close to the shops at Seacrest, a pool, and the Beach Tram stop. The home has several bedrooms and easily accommodated our group. The home was clean. The beds were comfortable. Check in was very easy. The staff @ 30A Escape Vacation Rentals were easy to reach and very helpful. This home has 4 bathrooms that were good sized. The home came with 5 bikes. It also has a ping pong table in the garage. Thank you for the great get away.

Family Vacay 2023

We had a great time at Sail Away! The bikes were a big hit with the grandkids. The use of a kids pool as well as a deeper one was also very nice for a family with a wide age range of children. The house had all the necessities and was in a great location!

Great Family Vacation

What a great family week at the beach! We had everything we needed as soon as we got there. The property is exactly as pictured. It’s directly behind the Seacrest retail circle, and adjoins the condos at Rosemary beach at the rear. The big kids lived on the bikes. This property is literally half a block from the pools and tram stop. The trams are full but frequent. The trip to the beach is easily walked unless you have toddlers. The wading pool was a huge hit with the little ones-it’s enormous and there is a lovely shady area with tables and grills overlooking it. It’s immediately adjacent to the adult pool. Please note—this is in Seacrest Villages so you won’t have access to the lagoon pool. I’m not sure we missed it. Our kids enjoyed the bikes and skim boards on the beach—they dipped in the adult pool on the way in from the beach to cool off and then they were off!! Wifi handled 12 of us with all manner of devices and Netflix. Elevator a big plus for handling bags to top floor. There are two Publix stores very close on 98. 30A is more crowded than ever. Make restaurant reservations at Rosemary or Alys when you book this property. There isn’t a lot of fast food and lines are long. The retail at Seacrest includes a Starbucks, a fabulous seafood hut, a bakery, 2 ice cream stops and 2 pizza places. There is also a sundries store with delicious breakfast and sandwiches. Rosemary and Alys beach food and shopping are both walkable.

Getaway

Great location! Pool steps away! Loved how it was equipped for families. We didn’t need but did notice pack and plays in upstairs and downstairs bedroom closets. Great touch!

Sail away great spot for the whole family

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sailaway and had plenty of room for 5 adults and 4 kids. Great furnishings and super clean. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Very Clean and comfortable

Great property Great Location

A quick weekend getaway and the property was great. Elevator was a great help with luggage + 3 stories. We didn't really use the kitchen, but it was appointed nicely if we had needed to. Only one minor hiccup was the battery failing in one of the smoke detectors causing it to make the dreaded chirping sound, but the property manager sent someone immediately and they corrected it quickly. Would definitely recommend this property!

This was a beautiful & comfortable place to stay. Elevator is helpful for bringing up luggage and groceries. Kitchen is well stocked. It’s conveniently located close to pool, shuttle service and shopping/restaurants.
