Perfect, family friendly beach rental!
My husband and I brought our 1.5 year old daughter for a week at Watersound West. This property is WONDERFUL!! Beautifully furnished and well decorated, fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of beach chairs and toys! You won’t have to bring anything other that beach towels and sunscreen for a great time! 30A Escapes was very responsive and informative. The guest portal gives you restaurant recommendations and information about the property that we found to be very helpful. Each room in the house has a private bathroom, large closet, and king size bed. Perfect for a large group or family! We spent our nights on the screened porch playing games and enjoying the calming, quiet surroundings. An easy bike ride gets you to the beach quickly and the pool is so so conveniently close! We highly recommend this property and will be back very soon!

Wonderful girls getaway!
This home has it all! Moon Landing is beautifully decorated, clean and has tons of extras! The open floor plan was perfect for all of us to gather and visit. The kitchen is fully stocked and the separate ice maker and extra refrigerator in the garage were very handy. We enjoyed the screen porch for coffee in the morning and to relax in the evenings. We rode the bikes to the beach and the golf cart to the pool and surrounding restaurants. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and carts -everything you need for a perfect day at the beach! The neighborhood is peaceful, and the beach is clean and not crowded. We really had a wonderful time and will defiantly be coming back to Moon Landing again!

Would definitely stay here again!!

We have stayed in many houses in this neighborhood and this one is at the top of the list. The golf cart made everything even more amazing!! It made getting to seaside or anywhere else so awesome!! The beds were very comfortable! They had all beach things available although we didn’t use them. Chair rentals are not provided in the neighborhood anymore but we used beach brothers and walked a very short distance down the beach to get to the chairs each day at the Walton Dunes Beach Access. Very well furnished and had everything there that we needed! Thank you for sharing your home!!

Excellent Home
Just completed a stay with 3 couples and 2 teenagers. Home was clean and very well appointed. Very comfortable beds and plenty of space. Kitchen had everything we could have wanted. Neighborhood is centrally located between Rosemary and Seaside with a nice pool and easy access to private beach. Golfcart was great for getting around locally and leaving the car.

Thanksgiving
if you’re looking for a little slower paced vacation, than Seaside, or watercolor, Watersound west, and Moonlanding is the place for you. well appointed unassuming house in a small pristine neighborhood. About five minute walk from the beach. Thanks 30a escapes.
