We loved revisiting Rosemary Beach. Papa’s Cottage was an ideal location. Steps away from the common greens and beautiful beach.  It was a fabulous experience.

Perfectly Located

The location of this unit could not be more convenient. We walked or bicycled everywhere! Never drove anywhere! The place looked just like the photos, no surprised, would definitely stay again!

Great location but needs updates

We loved the location of this home. It’s literally 3 minutes to the beach, town and a pool.  5+ stars for the location. All-in-all, we would stay here again! The people at 30A Escapes were responsive and professional. I would rent from them again.

Perfect!
This was our second trip to Rosemary and we would definitely stay at this property again. Perfect location, right next to the beach and short walk to everything else. Property was clean and well-kept with great amenities. Only complaint is the outside lights were not bright enough so that made it a little challenging walking up the stairs at night and in the rain. But otherwise, everything else was perfect!

Pappa’s Carriage
My husband and I stayed in Pappa’s Carriage house and LOVED it! It was perfect for two people. It had everything we needed and was very clean! Such a great location…just steps from the beach and from lots of yummy restaurants! The bikes were also really nice to have included. They were there ready for us to use and we enjoyed using those daily. Check in and check out procedures were communicated very clearly and it was a seamless experience. We will definitely be back!!!!

Great location!

It was the perfect quick getaway for 2 to celebrate our anniversary. Everything was just a short walk away from the carriage house and we enjoyed riding the bikes down 30A. Would definitely come back again!

Great Long Weekend

Wonderful property with a great location. Minor issues were immediately addressed and resolved. Our stay couldn’t have been better. Will definitely be renting this property again.
