Rosemary Beach Vacation Guide
A stroll along the artfully crafted cobblestone streets of Rosemary Beach will deliver you to a new kind of paradise. Carefully designed to leave the natural beauty of this Floridian oasis intact, no detail was overlooked when construction began in 1995. Designed to be completely accessible by foot or bike, nothing within this unique beach community is longer than a five-minute walk away from the town center. At the epicenter of this 30A oasis is Barrett Square, inspired by the architecture and activities found in the French Quarter. Promenades with ocean views and local flora allow access to community activities while pathways entwine through the residential cottages and carriage houses.

The architecture and landscaping of this master-planned beach community call on inspiration from archipelagos of the West Indies combined with the southern charm of New Orleans and Charleston. Indoors, the homes feature high ceilings and large gathering spaces. Outdoors, courtyards with fountains and garden-view wrap around porches extend living spaces to the open-air seamlessly. Opulent color palettes of landscaping and decor balance the neutral tones of sustainable building materials used throughout the Rosemary Beach community, including wood siding, stucco construction, and cedar shingles.
