The most tranquil place we have ever stayed!

The Clam I am is the most tranquil place we have ever stayed. We loved fishing every evening and drinking our coffee on the dock every morning. We will definitely be back!!

Had a relaxing time staying along 30A!

I have been staying in the 30A area for several years and this was my first time using 30A Escapes. Jessica was amazing and the homes we stayed in were too! The homes were great and when we had a question or needed something it was answered right away. Could not have asked for better service!

The homes we stayed in were well decorated, well kept, comfortable... and made you feel like you were at home even though you were not. Had a relaxing time staying along 30A and can't wait to come back.

We really loved this house and all it had to offer. Perfect for a family of 4. Kayaking, swimming, fishing, relaxing from the dock was terrific. Location is great for biking to Seaside/Watercolor/Beach/Trails. We will be back.

Most beautiful back yard in Grayton

Our stay at Clam I Am was perfection. The weather was amazing for March. We spent most of our time in the back yard enjoying grilling out, fishing off the dock and making s’mores around the fire pit. The view is second to none! The house itself is so comfortable, clean and well furnished. Can not recommend this home enough. Chris & Abby with the management company were so very helpful, prompt and courteous. We will be back for sure.

Peaceful location

I loved this location on the lake near the ocean. The house is so well done. The decor and layout of the home is wonderful. We will be back to this Grayton Beach house for sure.

Best dock on Western Lake

This is our second time renting this Grayton Beach property and it never disappoints. The home is just perfect for a family with children, and the backyard is an oasis! The beach is a 2 minute bike ride away, so access is excellent. We cant wait to stay again!

Best vacation ever

What an incredible place. Even though the weather wasn’t ideal, Clam I am had accommodations to suit the weather. The decor & attention to detail made us feel right at home. There were 4 adults and there was plenty of room. On the chilly days we fished off the dock & used the fire pit In the evening, There were 2 screened in porches to use if it rained and plenty of outdoor space on good days and a 5 minute walk to the beach & there was also a wagon to use. We used the grill that’s provided and ate out on the deck. The location was wonderful. It was off the Main Street and tucked away, but also was an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. The response time for any questions was amazing and they stay in touch to make sure everything was good. As others have stated the bathrooms are small but the shower made up for the lack of counter space. Can’t wait to go back again.

Best of both worlds
How unique to stay at a lakehouse at the beach!! Grayton Beach was amazing, beach is huge and if the gulf waters are rough, the gentle waters of the lake outflow is perfect for kids. We loved spending time at the beach which was just a short walk, bike ride or kayak from the house. But when we had enough, returning to the lake was just as pleasurable. We loved the house. Upon walking in the door, we knew we made the right choice for our vacation. It's the perfect size for a family of 4. The beds were comfortable, the towels were plentiful and soft, the kitchen was fully stocked(only suggestion would be to have plastic cups for kids and outdoor use) and the decor was very well done. Between the 2 porches, the deck, dock and yard, there were so many places to sit and enjoy the lake view. I didn't know where to go first!! The yard was beautifully landscaped. I think it would be hard to find a more complete rental property than this one. We are already talking about wanting to come back again.

Peaceful Paradise

A magical place! Peaceful & relaxing Old Florida vibe, no glitz or glam here. Start each morning with a gorgeous sunrise over Western Lake, coffee on the screened porch or dock. Afternoons in the live oak shade are a wonderful break from the hussle and bustle of the beach & 30A. Surprisingly not many bugs. Appreciated a good, clean grill, corn hole, boogie boards and a beach wagon. Recommend a kayak, you can fill it & paddle everything to the beach. Beach walk is accurate at 10 min, walking at a vacay pace. We’ll be back!

Great location, very clean, well appointed, well managed and accurately listed. Hate to say too many great things because we love it so much and selfishly want more dates for ourselves!!! This was our second time to rent and will definitely be back next year. Thank you!

Relaxation was great!

Great place! Really enjoyed the décor! Lake and dock made easy for using canoe and paddle board as well as just relaxing. Many biking/hiking trails nearby.

Perfect Stay

We have been visiting 30A for 20 years staying mostly in Seaside. We thought we would try Grayton for a change and when we found Clam I Am we were sold. Loved the private location, beautiful home and the stunning yard. We had the best of both beach and lake life. I have never had such a relaxing time while at the beach! Can’t wait to return!

Great getaway

This property is so wonderful! It is close to restaurants and shops, yet the way it is situated it is very private and away from the noise. We loved the dock on the water and spent lots of time on it reading, drinking coffee, and laying out. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect Grayton Location

We were on 30A for spring break. It was a zoo, but we expected that. This cute little house is what made the week enjoyable. It is tucked away in Grayton and was the respite for the business found beyond. The dock was enjoyed by my husband and son each day. They caught a couple fish and hauled in a bunch of large blue crab. The view at sunrise is gorgeous. One night we hosted a few friends that were in Grayton, and the back porch and fire pit were a big hit, and perfect for grilling and hanging out. The screened-in porch is lovely and we spent many a late afternoon on it. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the beds were comfortable. My youngest daughter was staying with friends in Seaside, but wound up at our house one night and slept on the trundle bed. I was worried it might be uncomfortable, but she said she had no complaints. I wound rent this house again in a hot minute. (The only thing that would make it the tiniest bit better would be to have a blower to clean off the back porch. It is a large porch and the Live Oaks drop a lot of leaves.

We love Clam I Am! Cannot say enough about this place, it is absolutely beautiful and the owners have thought of everything! There are several seating areas to enjoy outdoors while relaxing with a view the of gorgeous lake! It is the most serene place! The beach is a short walk as well as several restaurants! We look forward to staying here every fall!

Clam I Am - best rental at Grayton Beach!
This was our fourth stay at this rental. We love the home and property. The home is extremely comfortable... beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds, everything you would have in your own home in the kitchen. The two screened-in porches are so comfortable and pretty. But let's talk about the outside areas. Wow... just wow. The landscaping is so pretty, and the covered dock is really special. It's just about a five-minute walk to the beach, but we have found the dock at this home so nice that we end up staying there and fishing from the dock! Overall, just a really, really nice property. We will be back!
