Simply Paradise
Our family just returned from a week in paradise. This house is stunning and the panoramic views of the gulf from the second and third floors are exceptional. It is very well appointed and the pool is amazing. Our 7 month old granddaughter just loved floating in her flamingo float and cooling off as did all of the adults. Meredith took care of our needs with precision and professionalism even checking in on us in person. We loved it so much that we booked 2 weeks next year. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home with our family.

Perfect Paradise

Perfect house, Perfect view, Perfect sunset view, Perfect vacation. We had a ball at The Odessa in Seagrove Beach, FL. Even the weather was perfect ! Beautifully decorated home. Great for families. Loved the all en suite bathrooms and King size beds. Hope to return!

Great Time had by all

We had the BEST time at The Odessa on the beach (30A Escapes). That house is wonderful and the PERFECT location. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets almost every day. LOVE the heated pool and private boardwalk. GREAT house for families. Also great response on getting the internet working. Fixed promptly. Thank YOU !!

Amazing home

The moment you step inside this AMAZING home you immediately exhale. The bright decor and warm palate makes you feel and sense of peace. Next, when you walk upstairs or enter the first floor sitting area, the views take your breath away. The green water and the blue skies welcomes you to the “Odessa”. Each room is well appointed and the master suite is a sanctuary of its very own. Finally, the property managers are very professional and responsive. Thanks Christopher for the wonderful restaurant recommendation. It was fabulous!

The most amazing place!

The Odessa is the closest you will come to heaven on earth. The home is finished with all the extras for a perfect vacation. The finishes are even more breath taking in person. 30A Escapes responded to any of our questions quickly and everyone was incredibly kind and super professional. Our first vacation in 2 years couldn’t have been better. We hope to go again. Thank you for a magical vacation.

Week in Paradise!

We spent a magical week at the Odessa with our 6 young children. The home was beautiful and the location was perfect if you're looking for a quiet, private stay. It is directly on it's own private beach, just a few steps down from the deck, making it ideal for our family. The pool was warm and there were two different areas outside to rinse the sand off your feet before jumping in - which were very convenient. The sunsets from any one of the three porches were incredible, and the pool is lit at night so we would swim as the sun went down and then dry off as we looked at the stars. There is chair service May-October which was very helpful for us, although the house is so close to the beach you could easily do without it if you had to. There is a table outside which we used to eat at many times, and there are two ice makers in the home which we loved. This house does have a lot of stairs, which could be difficult for some and I'm guessing we went up and down more than most because we had young kids sleeping on every floor and we were upstairs. I hope to come back to this home for many years to come, we made memories that will last a lifetime! The perfect beach vacation.

Stunning house, amazing view

The house was clean, well-decorated and beautiful. Very convenient to have fridge and ice maker on both living room levels. And, the views from all 3 levels were breath-taking. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Also, pleased with the level of communication and quick response time regarding concierge services and one small issue at the house that we noticed upon arrival - resolved quickly.

Amazing Vacation!!!

The beach felt private! The house was beautiful! Wonderful vacation even with all the kiddos! We did have to have handy man come put batteries into the door alarm to keep young kids safe with pool, but other than that it was perfect!

House was phenomenal

30A Escapes gave us great support for our vacation on the beach. The house was phenomenal, super clean, on a private beach, with good companies managing the chairs and bikes. We had problems figuring out the alarm system for the pool so they sent someone over right away. The home was over the top- very comfy beds, quiet bedrooms (it had 3 masters and a bunkroom). Besides being super for sleeping, the common areas had everything we needed and the entire house was beautifully decorated. Sunsets from the 3 levels of balconies were gorgeous, plus we dined out on the balcony often. Thanks, 30A!

Wonderful

Odessa was a perfect home for our family. 6 adults and 4 children under 8yo. The house is well decorated and very comfortable. The views of the beach and sunset were outstanding. The property manager was very quick to respond when we only needed small things (more propane for grill, etc,). The pool was a perfect spot for the children when the winds made the beach a little too cold for the little ones. The private beach is such a nice amenity as well. We would love to go back!
