Layout was great!

Updated condo right on the beach! Layout was great! Three full baths for 3 bedrooms plus bunk beds. Amazing view! Building and porch designed for an awesome view of the beach, ocean and sunset. The porch angled and wrapped around the side to give a wider view. Lots of natural light in the condo. The beach isn’t as crowded as some areas, which we LOVED!

Good communication: texts made it easy. Helpful staff. Super easy “check-in” and “check out.” (Just entered the code they texted for the gate and on the electronic lock on the condo and voila! We were in!). Didn’t have to do a ton of stuff for check out, just load the dishwasher and strip the linens. Easy-peasy! Loved the “easiness” of our stay! Thank you!

Love the updates, great view, very clean, well stocked kitchen, love all the extra amenities we didn't have to buy and love the 30A Escape tshirts!!!!!

Amazing Views Would Recommend to Friends!

Monterey 402 was a beautiful property and has been well maintained. The views from the deck were amazing. We enjoyed all the artwork within the unit. There were plenty of pots and pans, Tupperware, eating and cooking utensils. It was a happy surprise to find a few board games, puzzles, and 2 beach chairs in the utility room. 

The pool was clean and warm. The stairs to the beach were sturdy and even had a bench midway down to stop for a rest. We loved being able to use the garden hose/shower at the top of the stairs to wash the sand from the beach.  

The beach was clean and not crowded. There might have been between 10-20 umbrellas/chairs set up in front of the 3 units which really stretches quite a distance. 

We would definitely recommend this 30A Gulf Front property to friends and consider it for future rental.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Memories

The property is beautifully located on the beach. The condo was clean and looked exactly like the pictures online. The entire experience was wonderful. The beach chair service was placed every day as promised. We boogie boarded, surfed and road bikes into Seacrest. The entire trip was perfect and 30A escapes provided great communication throughout the week. I would definitely stay here with my family again!

Fantastic Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this property and the surrounding 30A area. The unit was very clean and in excellent condition. Bedrooms are spacious and the bunk room was of adequate size for a small adult. A few minor issues/questions which were very promptly addressed by the property manager. Check in and out was a breeze. Our only 'wishes' would be that the gas fireplace be allowed to be utilized by guests in the winter season (maybe put it on a timer or something?) and that there be more silverware added to the kitchen (otherwise it is adequately equipped)-- IMHO there is not enough for 10 people if you were at max capacity in the unit-- honestly, there wasn't really enough for 4. The coffee pot is a mix of a regular pot and a keurig for those wondering. There are also a few games and boogie boards in the laundry closet. The unit was SUPER quiet (although we were there in off season) and because it is a small complex, we never had to wait for the elevator! Plenty of towels and extra blankets. Overall an amazing location, beautiful beach and a well-maintained unit. Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

An inviting condo with an updated beach vibe. But the view and location put the Monterey over the top! Even when weather forced us inside, we were treated to stunning views and the melodic sounds of the waves. We are already missing the sand between our toes.

Great Condo in Convenient Location

Very clean, nicely decorated, had everything necessary in the kitchen and then some. Layout was good, nice size balcony overlooking the beach, great location close to several restaurants, shopping etc. Beach was nice with chair service available.

Beautiful Condo

This is our 3rd year in a row staying at Monterey Condos. Great location, beautiful condos. Amazing views, easy beach access, condo is perfect size for our family of 5. Jake's Beach Service provides the chair/umbrella service (for an extra cost). He's a great guy and very helpful. Overall, we had a very positive experience.

We had a wonderful time in this spacious 3 bedroom condo. Plenty of room for all 10 of us! Close to restaurants and Publix food store. The beach was not crowded and beautiful! Great family vacation. Property manager was very responsive!

Smith Family Annual Beach Trip

Property was just amazing. We have been vacationing in Orange Beach & Gulf Shores for over 25 years and this house was the best ever. Loved the kitchen layout and the nine beach front bedrooms.

Paradise
Beautiful condo, exceeded our expectations! Very comfortable accommodations with full size washer and dryer. Easy access to pool and beach. Had a chance to bike ride also. Would highly recommend and will hopefully return soon!!
