Perfect Location, Beautiful Condo
My week at this condo could not have been more perfect. It is located in the most ideal spot - walk out on one side and you're at the beautiful pool, steps away from the beach, and walk out the other side and you're right in the middle of Seacrest's cute town square. I loved that I was able to walk to the restaurants in Alys and Rosemary within minutes as well. Not only is it a great location, but the condo itself was completely updated, beautifully decorated, stocked with everything I needed, and had STUNNING views of the pool and ocean. Would highly recommend this condo!

Amazing Condo with stunning view

After many years of visiting 30A we had the opportunity to stay at High Pointe for a quick New Years Getaway. The condo was beautifully appointed, spacious and had a amazing view of the pool and ocean from both the living room and master bedroom. We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the unit, recent updates and the communication from the property manager prior to our arrival. Our boys also loved the great quality bikes that came with the rental. It certainly won’t be out last time staying at High Pointe and we are looking forward to renting Show me Seacrest Again. I also highly recommend 30a escapes, they were wonderful to work with and we were very pleased with their level of customer service.

Beautiful Location, View, and Unit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Show Me Seacrest – it was the perfect unit for our family/first trip to the area and we would definitely recommend this unit to someone looking for a condo in this complex. The location and accessibility is superb! We have learned that two bedrooms are necessary when traveling with our toddler and these two rooms worked out great - we could put our toddler down for a nap or bedtime and still be able to enjoy the view or stay up and watch our shows. The two bathrooms were also nice (the master tub could be updated) and the double vanity in the master is great for the couple duo. The view of the pool and gulf was beautiful each morning with coffee and breakfast and throughout the day/evening. While there are many great restaurants for breakfast, we decided we liked cooking breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen and then hitting the pool early in the morning. The two bikes that came with the unit were a nice added bonus! The unit does not come with beach chairs/umbrellas so we brought chairs and a sun tent for our toddler but tents are not allowed on the beach. There are chair rentals available right there at the bottom of the steps. The pool is fantastic for a toddler and we loved that we had such a convenient option for the pool/beach/condo!!! I appreciated the washing machine for our beach towels (bring your own) and so that everything could come home clean (bring your own detergent). Overall it was a great first experience and we hope to be back!

Unit is just as pictured!

The view is beautiful! I had to call 30A escapes a couple times and they were so nice and helpful. A remote was missing when we checked in and they promptly brought us a new remote and programmed it . Can’t say enough about their customer service. The unit was well stocked to cook. Maybe update washer and dryer but that’s not a big deal. We will be back.

Great family getaway!
We had a great time on our family vacation. We had a few minor issues that were addressed and fixed. Can’t wait to stay again. I have 2 suggestions to make the condo even better. We couldn’t find a scissors and a baking sheet/pizza pan for the oven. We will be back to enjoy this beautiful place next year!

New Year R&R
Location, Location,Location! WE loved the condo, very clean, everything we needed was there that was needed, including , dishwasher detergent, liquid soap for kitchen, extra paper towels, and an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Being located on 4th floor overlooking the beautiful pool and the ocean at the same time was amazing. The weather was mild and sunny most of our stay. The master bed was so comfortable, so A+ for comfort. Perfect place to stay, also gated community next to Rosemary Beach! Will absolutely stay there again!

Great location, Great condo for kids

The proximity to the beach couldn’t be beat. Loved that the hot tub was open during the off season. Property managers went out of their way to answer questions quickly and easily— would definitely book this property again.

Mother's Day Refresh

Good condo
We had a great week at High Point. Condo was mostly updated—bathrooms could use an update, Clean, well stocked kitchen. Easy access. Great pool and beach. Crabby Steve’s is fantastic. Freshest fish on 30A, great drinks. 30A escapes were easy to communicate with during entire trip

Beautiful condo, Beautiful view!

2nd time around
This was our 2nd stay in this condo on our annual 30A beach trip. This condo has it all...beautifully decorated, has everything needed in the kitchen, great location for pool and beach access, easy walk to shopping, restaurants, Alys beach nature trail, etc. View of the pool area at night is perfect for sitting in the balcony having a nightly adult beverage This will definitely be our go-to condo for our future annual 30A beach trips!
