Casita By The Sea

30A Escapes made our long vacation so accommodating.  The personal attention we got from Justin was always quick and responsive.  Our only issue was a gas fireplace that didn't work reliably during our 2 week stay.  It appeared to be a bigger problem than could be addressed while we were there but we so appreciated 30A Escapes' continued attempts. 

Each and every person we interacted with was exceptionally friendly and quick to respond to any questions or issues.  I felt like a valued customer not just another vacationer.

Perfect Getaway Experience!

Darling home with three patios, great kitchen.... in a quiet, charming neighborhood. You can bike to the beach, walk to the cute shops and restaurants. We are already dreaming of when we can come back!

The property was beautiful and just as described! The property manager was responsive and very helpful. We enjoyed the proximity to the Rosemary Beach community amenities and beach! We loved that this property allowed fur babies to join as well! We are absolutely planning another stay at this location!!

Can't Wait to Rebook

We loved this house and will definitely rebook for next year! It was the perfect size for my family of four and loved that we could bring our pet. The location is ideal on a quiet street in Rosemary proper, with a beautiful back patio, upper deck, and a green in the back. We enjoyed being able to walk and bike to town, the beach, and restaurants. We never had to get in the car and can’t wait to come back!

New FAVORITE beach getaway

Our family and fur baby had a wonderful time visiting Rosemary. The house was exactly as described and very clean. The beds were also very comfortable. We appreciated how many towels the house provided for a week vacation. Very quiet street and very convenient to town square and the pools. We will definitely return again and keep this as our “go to” vacation home. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location and all the necessary amenities!

Perfect location and house to stay with friends and/or family. The bunk beds are cute for the young ones and the master has a private balcony! Seconds (on a bike) from beach and all the best restaurants and bars.

Great Little House!

Prefect space for us. 2 bedrooms 3 bathrooms. Very comfortable, close to gym and yoga studio. Very quiet. Easy walk to restaurants and fun to bike the puppies by the beach.

Anniversary Get-Away
This house was perfect for us. Only a 12 min walk from the back door to the beach. Plenty of options for food and drinks as well as shopping. Close enough to venture down to the near by towns and beaches as well. Cant wait to come back!

Great Stay!
Casita by the Sea was a great house for our young kids and puppy dog! 30A Escapes made our check in and stay so seamless! The house was very close to the St. Augustine green space which was great for the music and magic show! We also loved the bikes that came with the house. We were able to rent burleys and bike to the beach every day! The kids loved it! Rosemary Beach is our happy place and we had a great stay this year at Casita by the Sea!

Perfect Size for our Family

Great size, quiet street, perfect location! This house was just right for our family of 4! The balcony off of the master was so nice for sipping coffee in the morning. The square, beach access, gym, green spaces, and pools were all very easily accessible from the house by foot or bike! We happened to have had two cars and there were two spots, making parking a cinch! We had an absolute perfect stay at Rosemary Beach!

We had a wonderful vacation staying in this beautiful home in Rosemary. The 30A team was easy to work with and they were so organized. This is our second time staying in this lovely home and we would not hesitate to return next year.
