Entering into this completely renovated Gulf Front Condo to find breath taking views of the Gulf will make you say 'What the Heck'! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps 8 guests comfortably! The open floor plan and high ceilings allow ample space for everyone to gather, slide open the balcony door and enjoy the sea breeze coming right off our beautiful emerald waters. The kitchen is well stocked and has bar seating for three, stainless steel appliances and a mini fridge on the island for extra drinks! The dining room is open to the living space and kitchen and has seating for 6 guests at the dining table. The living room is cozy with a large TV and stunning gulf views through the whole condo.
The primary suite is on the gulf side - enjoy waking up to stunning beach views in the king size bed! There is access to the balcony from the primary suite as well as a private en suite. The en suite has a soaking tub, two sinks, and a walk in tiled shower. The guest bedroom is a fun bunk room with custom built bunks perfect for the kids or adults! There are two twin over queen bunks to sleep a total of 6 guests! This bunk room has an en suite bathroom complete with a single sink and walk in tiled shower. The stunning upgrades in this unit will leave you saying 'What the Heck' we must rent this again for next year!

Phenomenal spot for small family. My daughters absolutely loved the bunk beds with the individual niches WITH (3) different lighting setups for each bed... Fourth floor units here have higher ceilings (which is awesome), vaulted ceiling in the family room is extra great - Bathrooms are great with two showers. Incredible view of the ocean, great updates to the unit. Three TV's, fully functioning kitchen with great amenities (toaster oven, micro food processor, plenty of dishes, pans, silverware, etc). Access to the beach is so easy, pool and hot tub are great and easy to get to. And the hidden gem is Crabby Steves. People walk miles on the beach to get to Crabby Steves, but High Pointe guests have local access all the time (which equals super easy and delicious food/drinks with a killer view of the ocean). This was our 2nd time to High Pointe and we will continue to come here, it's great. Oh yeah, Starbucks is across the street, Rosemary is a short walk away, truly a great spot.

Beautiful
The condo was beautifully decorated , everything you could possibly need. We rent from 30A Escapes every year and we stay at High Pointe every year. First time we rented this particular condo. I love High Pointe cause perfect for access to beach ( steps and ramp), Crabby Steve’s, can walk to everything in Rosemary. 30A Escapes answer every question and come right away for any problems!
