Perfect House/Perfect Beach/Perfect Location!!!!
We have rented in the surrounding area for many years but this was the first time at this house - no need to look further. It could not have been better. House and pool were beautiful. The walk to the beach was much shorter than it appears. Kitchen was well stocked for the seafood meals and family breakfast we like to prepare. The beds and linens were all comfortable for the entire family and we had plenty of room to be together as well as to have some private time. WIFI worked great for those of us still working. Having coffee early in the morning on the balconies enjoying the view is a must do! We walked everywhere - downtown Rosemary, Seacrest and Alys Beach. No reason to drive once you get there! Our group ranged from 3 years old to 60+ and everyone loved it! Would definitely rent again. Barefoot sands in Paradise!!

Barefoot Sands was Wonderful!!
Barefoot Sands was the perfect home for our family vacation. The home is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, appliances, etc. for all your needs. We stayed in and cooked most nights and it had everything we needed. The backyard is great with a grill, pool and plenty of seating including lounge chairs. The location is ideal - extremely short walk to the beach and perfectly situated near Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys Beach. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back :)

Amazing Beach Vacation
We had an amazing beach vacation at Barefoot Sands. The house is very close to the beach access and we especially enjoyed watching the evening sunsets from the beach. Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach are just a short walk away or we could hop on the bikes at the house and get around as well. There are many good restaurants in the area that have dine-in and take-out. Most of the time we made our own meals for our large group. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need and we took full advantage of the nice outdoor pool and patio area for grilling. Groceries are nearby as well as seafood markets. On Sundays and Wednesdays there is a farmers market in Rosemary Beach. We were sad to see our vacation end. We will be back!

Barefoot Sands - A Treat!
This was our second visit to this terrific home which tells you how great it is already! We manage over 100 rental homes in the Atlanta area and truly appreciate when we stay somewhere that's well managed. Our first visit was with 10 adults, which the home easily accommodated, given the numerous bedrooms, bathrooms and open kitchen / living room layout. How often do you find a kitchen table that seats 14 comfortably? The kitchen is fully stocked for large groups too. Two true Master Suites and 4 BRs w/balconies to sit and enjoy the views. The location is perfect with just a 1 minute walk (4th row) to the beach and a wide variety of shops and restaurants in under a half mile. If you're there on Sunday, don't miss the Rosemary Beach Farmers Market. If you're new to the area, be sure to visit the many shops and restaurants along 30a as well as Grayton Beach State Park. Book this one, you'll be glad you did.

Great Work From “Home” Space
Friends with us who needed to still work while at the beach, were excited to see that in addition to a desk & chair in the first floor bedroom, that there were two more fold up desks/chairs in the MSTR bedroom closets. Our IT friend was happy that one of the desks even had room for the monitor he had to bring along. We always love how close we are to the beach and restaurants and of course our own pool.

Wonderful Family Vacation Beach House

This was my first time staying in this location. In the past we stayed in Seaside. I loved this location. It was very quiet, convenient to beach, and everything else that this area has to offer. The house itself was very comfortable for our group of 16, ages 8 weeks old - 62 years old. The layout is wonderful. Plenty of space to gather inside and play board games. The kitchen is easy to cook in. The washer and dryer worked really well and are large capacity. We used it daily. I called the general customer service number and they were very helpful and answered my questions. We ran out of propane for the gas grill and 30A Escapes sent a replacement over within minutes. The pool was clean and very well maintained. We enjoyed it tremendously. The air conditioners worked really well on all 3 floors. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were very quiet. We had a really good time enjoying our family and the beach. This house made it possible to have a relaxing, fun time with multiple generations at the beach. highly recommend.

The perfect spot!!
This house is amazing!!! It slept so many, and everyone had plenty of room! Having a private pool and hot tub was awesome as well!! The kitchen sat lots of people and was a great place to play poker and games! The walk to the beach was so convenient and having 6 beach chairs and 3 umbrellas thrown in for free, was my favorite part!! Also, having the 6 bikes was so convenient!!! You are literally right in the middle of everything, but completely secluded in a gated community! We love this area and have been coming here for years, but this location is one of my favorites!! Cannot wait to come back!!

Fantastic property and location

Our stay at "Barefoot Sands" was just phenomenal. The house was spectacular and the service and responsiveness from 30A Escapes was great. Just a few steps to the beach, the pool was great for the kids, and the bedrooms were spacious and just right for out group.

Great experience

We stayed at this property with two families. It was the perfect size and our kids loved the bunk room. Walking distance to the beach was not very far at all. Loved the privacy of the gated community. We did not have any issues with our stay. Highly recommend!

Family Getaway

The property was exactly as listed online. We had an amazing time and would definitely choose to stay at the same property. All members of my family loved it. The home was within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. It was very clean. Balconies were nice. A few beach supplies and bikes were provided and the pool was a hit with the 2 year old. (Kudos to the door alarm system) It was my entire family 10 adults and 2 babies and we all had our own space for alone time and the family room/kitchen area fit everyone comfortably when we were all together. Quick and easy walk to the beach and the beach was extremely quiet and not crowded at all. One issue when the beach rental worker would not put up the umbrellas on a day when the wind dissipated by 10am. I know the rules about storms and wind but other companies had the umbrellas up and open after the wind died down. After it took 6 hours to dry 4 beach towels we cleaned out the outside of the dryer vent (we could have built a small dog) and now the dryer works very efficiently. The room on the 2nd floor on the right is missing a blind and needs to be replaced. Overall we absolutely loved every minute of the visit. Highly recommend!

Mojo Dojo Casa

The house perfectly fit our family of 14. Plenty of kitchen items but need more cereal bowls and spoons. The guest bathroom is actually in the hall next to bedroom, but not a problem. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Great large patio around pool with lots of seating. Loved having 6 bikes and the chairs and umbrellas. Short walk to beach.
