'The Pointe' on 30A, Unit 122 is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury condo in a stunning resort condo community in Rosemary Beach. This 2nd floor condo is spacious and inviting with its open concept kitchen, living and dining spaces. The kitchen is a full size kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and a large island with three bar seats. The dining table can accommodate six guests and is open to the living space which is complete with a gas fireplace and flat screen TV. Stacked washer and dryer are in unit as well.

The primary suite has a king size bed and private en suite which includes a soaking tub, walk in shower and two sinks. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite with a walk in shower and two sinks. 

Head down to the resort style pool where you will find ample lounge spaces, a hot tub, fire pit and gas grills. 'The Pointe' has everything you need from the fitness center to the restaurant 'Big Bad Breakfast' which is located on the first floor of building number 2! Head on over to the public beach access in Inlet Beach (S Orange Street), just a 10 minute bike ride for 5 minute drive away. Or take the bikes to the Winston Lane Public Beach Access, just a 5 minute ride away!
