The main living space features a free-flowing kitchen with stainless steel appliances and seating for five at the breakfast bar. Living room if furnished with plush furniture to lounge around on. You are sure to get the rest and relaxation you deserve in the master suite furnished with a king-size bed and private en suite with walk-in shower. Down the hall you'll find a guest bedroom with a queen-size bed. An additional bedroom is furnished with two twin size beds. A shared bathroom is located in between these bedrooms. With picturesque Gulf Views as your backdrop, take advantage of the charcoal grill, and outdoor dining area, or the EFFORTLESS beach access just steps from your back door! Great Place!

Beautiful space right on the water. Cannot beat the convenience of walking off the patio onto the beach. It's a duplex, but the people who stayed next to us were very nice. The hosts were easy to get in touch with and made communication as seamless as possible. We would definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for fancy Rosemary type experience this is not it. If you are looking for a clean, cute, ocean front spot that is perfect for a family this is your place! Cannot recommend it enough. A great location, very easy to come on/off the beach with babies. Can watch the waves from the deck and wake to the sound of the ocean. Overall Great
The location cannot be beat. It was amazing to be able to walk to the beach every morning, come back up for lunch quickly, and then head back down for the rest of the day. The views were incredible, and it was overall a really fun experience. The property itself is right next to the public beach access.

The Perfect stay
We just returned from a 5 night stay at this property. It was very tastefully decorated and just steps away from the beautiful white sand beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We are already looking at planning a return trip! 30aescapes made checking in and out a breeze. Great Beach Condo
This lovely end unit condo is located on a private beach. There is a private staircase for the condos to access the white sands that make this area of the gulf so beautiful. We enjoyed watching the dolphins every morning while drinking our coffee on the patio. It’s close to a Publix for groceries and all the delicious dining options you want to try along 30a. We will definitely book again when in the area.

We always enjoy staying at Dolphin Watch. Great location on the beach and close to Rosemary, Seaside and all the other great enclaves on 30A. The condo is very nice, clean and well appointed. Thank you for your inquiry on our Seacrest Beach Vacation rental, 'Dolphin Watch 4'! This unit is gulf front and the beach access is just a couple steps out the back door! There are two ways, to the right of the unit is a public board walk and stairs. To the left of the unit is the private boardwalk and stairs for these two gulf front unit to use.
