30A Spring Break

Great property. Very clean and up to date. We enjoyed the golf cart and bikes. The property manger was very easy to work with and handled every question quickly. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Home!

We did a last minute booking to get away from a hurricane headed for east FL. Not only did the property exceed our expectations but Darcie was exceptional and was even able to get us access to the unit earlier than the check in time. She was thorough and accommodating on every level. The golf cart makes getting around 30A Seaside fun and easy! We will return!!!

Beach vacation 2019

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 13 Cinnamon Fern Lane. The layout was perfect for us, the decor very pleasing and calm and comfortable. So convenient to the pools and other places on 30-A with the golf cart. We actually rented an extra cart so that everybody could do their own thing. Was nice to take the cart to dinner at night rather than getting out the car. We did happen to be there the week just following Tropical Storm Barry which made the beach less accessible. But the location of the house is convenient to shopping, dining, and just exploring. Really had a fun week. Hope to be back next year.

Another Perfect Spring Break!

This was our second stay at 13 Cinnamon Fern Lane in NatureWalk and it was fantastic. Plenty of room for the four of us to spread out and relax after a long day at the beach, paddle boarding at the WaterColor boat house or wandering around Seaside. The golf cart and bikes were an added plus and made getting around super simple.

Summer Escape

The property worked well for us. It looked exactly like the photos on-line. The location was perfect, the neighborhood beautiful and we truly appreciated being able to bring our Labrador along.

Another Great Visit!

We had a great time again in Santa Rosa. This is our 6th year at Nature's Walk and we love it. The house was exactly what we wanted. It was clean, roomy, a great floor with 2 masters, it has all the kitchen and household items we needed (and more), and is in a great location on the property. This was our first year with a golf cart -- definitely a real plus. We never needed to call the property managers, but all communication was easy and efficient. If the same house is available next year, we will definitely choose it.

Perfect for Friends and Family.

House was exactly as photos showed! I typically do not like when one of the master suites is on the first floor, however, this one worked out as my friends took the first floor master and their little one (5 yrs old) shared the bunk bed bedroom with my 7 yr old daughter. I also really liked how close the community pool was to the house as it was only one block over from where we were located. Super easy to get to the beach and the Publix is right around the corner which made for quick easy trips to the store! We had a great vacation and really enjoyed the house.

Relaxing Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at in NatureWalk. The home is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Check-In was easy with the rental company. Nature Walk is very conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed taking the golf cart or biking to Seaside. Beach access was a short bike ride down the Lily Lane path. Love this area and would return to this home!

Another fabulous trip to 13 Cinnamon Fern Lane.
This is our 5th or 6th stay at this property. I love everything about it. The home is inviting and well laid out. The first floor Master works wonderfully for my 85-year-old mother-in-law. It's a bonus that it is pet friendly. The home is always clean upon arrival. The very few issues we have had have been immediately resolved by 30a Escapes Mgt. The location is ideal to the neighborhood pool around the corner. It's a wonderful neighborhood to walk in. We biked to the beach through the path everyday. The golf cart was handy for running into Seaside. We keep coming back to this property every spring because every vacation is better than the vacation before. We always hate leaving and can't wait until we return the next year!

Awesome Trip!
House was great, perfect location. 30A Escapes was terrific. Our pack n play was broken and they had a new one delivered to the house immediately. Highly recommend 13 Cinnamon Fern Ln & 30A Escapes.

Great Place!

We had a great week. The house was perfect for our group, with everything we needed. We really enjoyed relaxing on the two porches, and used the bikes and golf cart to get around. We also used the kitchen and the grill -- everything was perfect!

Beach house

Loved the house so roomy ,had two sets of grandparents total of 6 adults two children had very comfortable beds! Having a golf cart included was a plus and 4 bikes. We had fun going to seaside for the fourth of July festivities for the kids. Beach parking is a challenge but loved the quiet of the neighborhood. Thanks so much for sharing it with us.
