Located in The Villages of South Walton, in Seacrest Beach, and just a few steps from Rosemary and Alys Beaches "B324" is a cozy condo that welcomes you to relax and unwind. This top floor, single level unit includes three bedrooms, two full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living and dining area, and a private balcony over-looking The Villages shops, boutiques, and Peddlers Pavilion.
The fully equipped kitchen is supplied with cooking utensils, pots, pans, knives, and small appliances. There is also a stacked washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The dining room table comfortably seats six with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The living area includes ample seating for the whole family to sit back and relax. The large windows and french doors leading out to the balcony will fill the room with light while providing an inviting place to sit and enjoy a nice glass of wine.
The relaxing primary suite includes a king-size bed, private access to the shared balcony, and a flat-screen TV. The primary ensuite bathroom features an oversized walk-in shower, double vanity, and separate makeup vanity.
The guest room is complete with a queen-size bed and private access to the shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo and single vanity. Across the hall is the third bedroom with a set of bunk beds that are size twin over full. Both guest rooms have their own flat-screen TVs and closets.

Spring Break Getaway
Linda and Cassie with 30A Escapes were so easy to communicate with and made sure everything was taken care of for our very relaxing week at the beach. The property was beautiful. Loved the high ceilings throughout and the live music downstairs each night. The fresh linens that were provided were also a bonus. There were than ample supply of towels for the five of us. The property included 3 very nice bikes which were perfect for the 3 16 y/o boys to get around. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Never minded the short walk to the beach as the trade off at night with the dining and entertainment was well worth it. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to return next year!

Amazing & Cozy Escape!
30A Escapes made this getaway extremely memorable, this was a perfect place for our family and friends! The property was amazing and cozy, it is very convenient to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops! Really well kept and maintained, big bonus was having bikes we could use to get around wit h the girls. Great condo
We had a great visit to B324. The condo was great! Very clean, roomy and nicely decorated. The location was perfect. Small walk to the beach. The directions to the beach were a bit confusing. Spring break with the girls
I brought my two daughters and two of their friends for spring break. We loved the bikes, the location and the swimming pool! The beach was very crowded, and we were unfamiliar with the rules at first. We spent more time off the beach because of this. super cute restaurants in the area. The unit was the perfect size for the five of us and had everything we needed.

This location was in the perfect spot! It’s was huge, with high ceilings and plenty of room. The tram picked us up quickly and was a short ride to the beach! Great stay
Condo looked just like the pictures. Clean, comfortable, and ent if space for the family. We could hear the live band at night, which saved us from the heat. The pool was great for toddlers, and the BBQs were awesome. Parking was easy, and the location was perfect for biking.
