"Gloria" is positioned in the quaint community of Prominence South, nestled between Seacrest and Seagrove Beaches, along the acclaimed Highway 30A. Guests will appreciate the easy access to the town center, where they can experience all 'The Big Chill' has to offer. The kids will eat up the live entertainment at the amphitheater & outdoor Jumbotron in the event pavilion, the ladies will take pleasure in an afternoon of shopping at Mermaids or nail day at Polished, all the while, you can find the fellas drinking a cold one at MM15 or Dion’s. Meet back up at Buddy’s Seafood Market where you can pick up a fresh seafood dinner to cook together.
This six-bedroom, six-bathroom luxury vacation rental near Seacrest Beach will help you achieve the ideal family vacation. You all will take delight in the tasteful décor and high-end finishes throughout the property. The open concept main living area is found on the second floor, which features a living room, dining area, and kitchen. Cozy up on the plush sofa with your family and watch a movie on the flat screen in the living room. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen and cook your family a gourmet meal to savor at the dining table with seating for six, additional seating for six can be found at the kitchen island. Drink-in your favorite sunset colors from the over-size balcony garnished with a dining table with seating for six.
The first floor master suite has a king size bed and private en suite with a walk in, glass enclosed shower. This master suite also has access to the first floor, screened in porch on the back side of the house with ample seating for the whole family!
Take the stairs or elevator up to the second floor living space, you will find one of two master suites on this level, the first has a king size bed and en suite with a walk in glass enclosed shower. The second guest room on this level has a king size bed and private en suite with a shower/tub combo and private balcony. Don't forget to enjoy a family meal on the 2nd floor balcony while watching the sunset, offering a dining tablet for six.
Escape to the third floor and relax in the massive primary bathroom - fit with a soaking tub, double door glass enclosed shower, separate his and her vanities and a TV! This en suite is attached to a master bedroom with a king size bed. Another master suite is located on this floor with a king size bed and private en suite with a single sink and tub/shower combo. Additionally there is a fun kid bunk room on this level with 5 beds in total, one set is double stacked twins and the other side is triple stacked full size beds with ladders to get to each. The bunk room has its own en suite with a single vanity and glass enclosed shower. Laundry room is located on the third floor.
This property has two beach accesses, the closest is at Deer Lake State Park, just a quick 5 minute drive from the home to the West. The other access is a 5 minute drive to the West at Gulf Lakes Beach Access, there is no parking at this access, bikes or golf cart is best.

Prominence Community Overview:
The Prominence Community is located both on the South side of 30A and the North Side of 30A. The South side community has a resort style pool with covered cabanas, a fire pit, and restrooms. The North Side Community has a zero entry resort style pool with grilling stations, a fitness center and restrooms. Guests can access the beach at any public beach access or Deer Lake State Park, which is located 5 minutes West of the Prominence Community.

Important Things to Know:
1) Travel Insurance is NOT included in our quotes. It can be purchased during the reservation process or obtained independently.
2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
3) This property has 5 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach.
5) Guests have access to one garage, where golf cart is located.
6) This home is not equipped with cable television but comes supplied with WIFI smart TVs.
7) Pet Friendly with non-refundable pet fee $250 + tax.
8) There is an active ring doorbell at the entrance of the home. There is also an active camera overlooking the driveway of the home.

Gloria is Pristine
We spent a long weekend in this house- spotless and elegantly decorated. I love that all bedrooms have SUPER COMFORTABLE KING BEDS and their own private bath. Prominence is perfect for our family- my husband enjoyed the beer and burger bar while our kids felt safe and independent on their bikes to and from the Hub. Wedding Weekend was a Hit!
We had the perfect weekend with our son getting married at Eden Gardens State Park. Our family and friends were all able to stay together in this house. It was perfect. We had a blast spending time together and then going to the beach, the hub, using the golf cart, and then going to the Donut Hole made the weekend perfect. Perfect layout and very clean house. We loved it.

Awesome Spot!
We had a great time at this property which was beautiful well-maintained and super clean in a great location. With 16 people staying for five nights the house never seemed overcrowded and the way it was laid out was extremely workable for such a large group. The golf cart, bikes and other extras were a bonus!

Gorgeous Home - Perfect for Big Groups
We had an amazing time at this home!! There were 4 separate families and we really appreciated having enough private bathrooms and bedrooms to accommodate everyone. The bunk room was perfect. We loved the Hub area - it was nice to be able to walk to lunch or dinner, ice cream, etc. The manager and maintenance team were very responsive with all of our questions. We would highly recommend this property to anyone needing to accommodate a big group. Thanks so much!

Perfect Vacation Home
Gloria provided us the most perfect vacation experience along with my family and dear friends! Everything we needed was in walking instance which includes incredible food, superb shopping, and of course a fabulous happy hour. This home has an amazing kitchen that is ready to cook for a large family with a beautiful dining area inside or out! The home is very spacious and all rooms and bathrooms with en suites made it more comfortable traveling with friends. We truly enjoyed biking around the beautiful neighborhood and the wide sidewalks provided us room to roam to the neighboring communities. The beach access was wonderfully filled with scenic sand dunes and was a 3 minute ride via the golf cart! We had 2 pools to choose from and even a gym that we used! This home has a great view of one of the pools and corner windows to soak in all views! And I must say that the clean, modern decor of this home was so nice, yet felt like a cozy home away from home! Stunning
I had high expectations coming into our weekend trip to this property. I can tell you with 100% confidence that this house exceeded all expectations. It is absolutely gorgeous with extremely comfortable finishes, the beds are amazing, the location is off the charts. There’s a free beach shuttle, and literally two blocks away are a series of incredible restaurants, wine bar and live music. If you’re not familiar with this part of Florida, it is exploding with construction and restaurants/entertainment. The house is decorated beautifully. The location is terrific (one house /lot from the pool) and central to all of 30A. The management company was fantastic and great to work with! We had a large family and there were plenty of places to to visit. We hated to leave! Highly recommend to large families!

Property was exactly as the listing and it was wonderful to come in the off season, hardly anyone in the pools and our stay was very relaxing and much needed.

Getaway business meeting
I decided to have a getaway management meeting in this area of Florida. The house and location were fantastic! The common areas of the house fit our needs well, and the rooms with in-suite baths allowed for ample privacy when we needed a break from one another. No complaints, and would definitely recommend.

Quick Weekend Getaway to 30A
My wife and I are repeat renters to "Gloria's Gem" and this was our best experience to date. The house is pristine and in excellent condition. The company was very responsive and did a great job of making sure every need was met. There was a hiccup with our original booking and the replacement knocked our shoes off. Great upgrade and was even better in person. They definitely made up for the inconvenience and then some. We had a great family vacation this past week with 11 members of our family. The home was everything as advertised. We were notified that the ice maker wasn't working, but they had a countertop replacement available without asking. The service man came while we were there but couldn't fix it.
