My family has stayed at the Magnolia Cottage and Carriage House twice in the last 3 years and we absolutely love it. It's perfectly furnished, located and is incredibly clean and comfortable. The location is so perfect and suits all members of the family. We plan on going this year again.

Simply the Best...
Our family of 5 stayed in this amazing home with another family of 4. We've been going to 30A and Rosemary for the past 20 years - and this place is easily the best combination of high-quality home and ideal location. Very short walk to the beach, great courtyard with a private pool, awesome gas grill, very close to Coquina Pool, short bike ride to the tennis center and workout facility. Appliances are new and high quality... making it easy to prepare meals if desired. The living spaces inside the home are great for small gatherings and spending time with family... and the bedrooms and bathrooms are a great size - making it feel like you're "at home".
