Welcome to 'Magnolia Cottage and Carriage' - this spectacular property is south of 30A in Rosemary Beach and sure to please with its quick access to the beach and pool! 

Magnolia Cottage is the main house on property and is complete with a main level kitchen, living and dining areas, 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, ample outdoor seating areas and a pool between the main house and carriage house. The chefs kitchen is a shower stopper with top notch appliances, bar seating for four and a wet bar. The dining table can seat up to ten guests and french doors open to a covered patio with a TV, built in grill, outdoor sofa with gas fireplace! The living room is open to the kitchen area providing an open floor plan for everyone to gather. Additionally on the first floor there is a guest room with a full size bed and shared bathroom access with a single sink and tiled shower. Head up to the second level where you will find a primary suite with a king size bed and private wrap around balcony. The primary en suite has two sinks and and over sized tiled shower with dual shower heads. There are two more bedrooms on the second level, both queen size suite with private bathrooms. There is also a washer and dryer on this level. Take the spiral staircase up to the third floor loft where you will find the perfect kids hang out! there is a living space with a TV with beanbags, two bunk rooms and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. In each bunk room there are 2 twin over twin bunks leaving this loft to sleep up to 8 guests in twin beds!

The carriage house sits above the garage with entry on the outside up a flight of stairs. The carriage house has a king size bed, living room, kitchen and bathroom with a tiled shower. The kitchen is complete with a island with bar seating for two, sink, stove, microwave, and fridge/freezer. The living room has a cozy sofa and TV that can be watched from the bed or sofa. Vaulted ceilings, wood beams and coastal decor bring a warm feeling to this Magnolia Carriage House! 

Between the main house and carriage house sits the private pool and courtyard. Enjoy the two cabana beds and soak up the sun! Lounge by the gas fireplace, outdoor grill, or covered patio with TV! There is no shortage of entertaining or lounging areas in this private courtyard oasis. Hop on the bikes and cruise to the beach access or pools! Its just a quick 2 minute bike right to town center where you will find ample restaurants and shopping spots!

1) Travel protection is NOT included in our quotes, but can be purchased during check out or obtained independently.
2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX only. 
3) This property has 7 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Currently there is ongoing construction around the property - completion date is unknown at this time.
