You'll find head-turning views around every path, pool, and palm at "As Good as it Gets"! Located in the quaint coastal community, Sandy Shores in Seacrest Beach; "As Good As it Gets" is situated in a prime location, with easy access to Rosemary and Alys Beaches. This six-bedroom, five-bathroom beach view bungalow can accommodate up to 14 guests with ease, including three master suites with private access to separate balconies. Offering an effortless 1-minute walk to the beach, where complimentary beach set up awaits, and a private, heated saltwater pool, "As Good as it Gets", is the most enchanting 30A experience yet.
Kick-off the party on the pool deck! You'll soak up the Summer sun poolside at "As Good as it Gets", equipped with loungers, gas grill, dining for eight, and a heated, saltwater pool; or take the party beach side where six beach chair and three umbrellas await, daily.
Settle into luxury when you arrive at "As good as it Gets", with a spacious, open main living area decorated in beach-chic furnishings and polished finishes, it's easy to feel right at home. Whip up a gourmet meal in the kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, then savor that meal with the people you love at the dining table with seating for eight, additional seating for three can be found at the over-sized island. After dinner curl up on the living room sofa with your favorite people and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. A guest bedroom can also be found on the first floor, furnished with a queen-size bed and offering private access to the shared bathroom, equipped with a tub/shower combination.
Get the rest and relaxation you deserve in the first master suite, located on the second floor, furnished with a king-size bed and featuring an ensuite with a walk-in shower; or sip your favorite cocktail on the private balcony as the sun sets over the Gulf. The kids are sure to have sweet dreams in the second-floor bunk room, furnished with two twin over full bunk beds and a flat-screen TV, or the second-floor guest bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed, both sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom with an additional tub/shower combination.
Sleep-in late, in one of the two third floor master suites, both furnished with king-size beds and providing private access to the third floor shared balcony. You'll wash all your worries away in the master ensuites, one featuring a walk-in shower and the other equipped with a jetted bathtub and glass-enclosed shower.

Great Rental
We really enjoyed our stay in this rental. The check in process was very simple, and the place was nice and clean. We had 3 family and the rooms and bathrooms are all a nice size and it was very comfortable. We typically like to stay on the beach, but this was as good as it gets not being right on the beach. The beach walk was very close, and the chair setup was so convenient.

Great house just steps from the beach!
We have stayed at this house twice now and could not be happier with the house and the location. It's a very short walk to the beach (3 min or so), short bike ride or walk to Rosemary square, has a great pool and pretty much all the amenities needed. The only thing you might need to bring is a shaker and a shot glass to make a cocktail. Rooms are very spacious and a great entertainment space downstairs. Great Rental!
We had our family of 8 adults and 3 small children stay here in May and EVERYONE said it was our best place yet! Plenty of room, 6 bedrooms, good sized kitchen, large kitchen table to seat everyone, nice pool with alarm for safety, and pool toys! The bikes were great abd we used them everyday. So important to have a private beach since the public beaches get so crowded and it was SO nice to have the beach chairs set up each day. Kitchen was well stocked, we had food and beverages delivered easily and so many places to go to that were walkable or rideable on bikes. The location could not have been better! You are allowed to bring your own beach chairs but this home does come with 3 sets of complimentary beach chairs seasonally!
Cabanas are not allowed on the beach.
The beach access is located at the end of Sandy Shores Court.
