'Makin' Memories' is a vacation rental home in Seacrest Beach - right between Rosemary and Alys - loaded with extras and designed to entertain! With brand new everything 2022, this 3-story 4 bedroom offers the perfect canvas on which to paint your families' favorite beach vacation memories.

Step into this first floor open-concept living space combining the entertainment, dining and cooking spaces into one.There is a first floor suite with a king size bed and views of the wooded area out back. This bedroom has an attached guest bathroom with a glass walk in shower. Additionally there is a laundry room on the first floor. 

Head on up to the second floor where you will find two guest suites fit with king size beds. The first front bedroom has a private balcony over looking the Seacrest Beach neighborhood and en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom is a master suite with a private balcony facing the wooded back yard and en suite complete with dual vanities, walk in shower and soaking tub. 

The third floor has a wet bar and bistro table at the landing - perfect for a night cap and game of cards. The expansive third floor deck is ideal for dining and lounging and taking advantage of the quiet natural wooded area in the back of the house. There is a family suite on this level complete with a king size bed and two sets of twin bunks - perfect for little ones. 

Seacrest Beach is a wonderful community that features the famous 12,000 square foot lagoon pool. The house is just a few minutes walk to the pool and it backs up to the walking nature trails that go throughout the neighborhood. If you would prefer a shorter commute, you can always jump on the free shuttle that will take you to the beach or the lagoon pool. The tram makes it much more convenient when you have coolers, beach bags, etc. Don't forget to rinse the sand off using the outdoor shower!

2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
3) This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach.
5) Currently there is construction across the street from this property with no known completion date.
6) There is an active ring doorbell camera at the entrance door of the home.
