Beautiful New Home, Great Location

Very nice new home, we decided to go down for the weekend and found this home to be more than we could have asked for. more room than we needed but can't beat the location to all the restaurants and shops. furnishings were top notch and bathrooms are very nice. we will stay again! Thanks for having us. the rental company was easy to work with.

Outstanding location, very clean, well decorated

We stayed here with another family this past weekend (4 adults, 4 teenagers) and had plenty of room and privacy. The house is well decorated, with comfy beds and it’s super clean. The location is perfect, easy walk to the beach, shops Rosemary and restaurants in Alys. We also were able to walk to fabulous restaurants each night for dinner. The bike are awesome to have as well, the bike lanes are wide and safe for all ages! Again, can’t beat the location of this house! While we didn’t get to the pools, they looked nice and huge, better than any I’ve seen on 30A. Will be staying here from now on for my trips to 30A.

Location!

We absolutely loved this new house and the location is perfect for walking to restaurants and shops. between Rosemary and Alys was very nice to be close to everything. The house is brand new, my wife loved the decor and nice furnishings. we will rent again!

Brand new beach house, convenient location

We spent 4 nights at this brand new beach house. We were the first guests, and it was a lovely stay. The house is 3 stories: main level has kitchen, dining, living room with 1/2 bathroom. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with King beds and private bathrooms. 2 more bedrooms on 3rd floor (king bed and Queen bed) with a shared bathroom. There is a twin bunk in hallway space at top of 3rd story between bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable with soft sheets and pillows. There are separate thermostats on each level so everyone can be comfortable. Beautiful bathrooms and plenty of bath towels provided. There was even small shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soaps and lotion in the bathrooms to start you off. Kitchen was fully stocked with glassware, dishes, flatware and a Keurig coffee maker (bring your own coffee or tea). Small bottle of dish liquid, and two dishwasher tabs provided. There is a full size washer and dryer by the front door. Bring your own laundry soap. The dryer is quite high so it would be good to have a small step stool to reach controls for shorter folks. There is a stick vacuum next to washer to clean up any small areas, if needed. There are hangers in all closets, but we noticed that the closet pulls/handles had not yet been installed in 3 of the bedrooms. The only other items we wished were provided: beach towels and beach chairs. Great house!

Great property!

Perfect location, especially for families with young kids! Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach are both within walking distance, as well as the pool and beach! It’s very easy to get around. The house itself is spacious, clean and very nice! We would definitely stay here again!

New House in Great Location
This property is fairly new and is in the perfect location! It is walking distance to lots of restaurants, which makes it so easy for travelers! The beds are VERY comfortable! There are tvs in all bedrooms including the bunk area. The bunks have charging stations for teenage phones and such! Perfect for multiple families!

Gorgeous Girls Getaway
I came with friends for a long weekend getaway and it was perfect! This brand new beach house has gorgeous decor, amenities and plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The beds are super comfy and I slept like a dream. This location was an easy walk to everything you could possibly want or need; drinks, restaurants, shopping, the huge pool, beach or treats, desserts and more. Perfect weather, perfect location and so much fun! We will be back for sure!

Great find!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at See ya Soon. Perfect location as we could walk everywhere (beach, coffee, pool, food, etc). Extremely clean and well equipped. Toddlers, teens and adults all loved the week at Seacrest.

Beautiful home!!!
Our stay was truly wonderful!!! This home is great if you have young kids or teenagers. The beds are so comfy and relaxing. This home was very spacious and clean with beautiful furniture. It’s very walkable to places like Rosemary and Alys beach. It was a great stay and my family loved every minute of it.

Great place

This place was a fantastic place to stay. The living room area was very comfy and family friendly. The location of this place was amazing. We were able to shop, eat, and go to the beach all within walking distance. The beds were very comfy and when we got there everything was very clean. We rented 4 bikes with 30A Escapes that are very nice and easy to use while seeing all the nearby communities. This place is a wonderful place, will definitely be coming back!

Modern House with Great Location
The house is very nice and modern. It has great tv’s and beds in every room. It is in a very convenient location with lots of food and shops right out the front door. It has easy beach and pool access.Neighborhood security was very visible, seeing them patrolling throughout the neighborhood several times a day made us feel very safe. I will definitely be booking this house in the future!

Absolutely Perfect
We loved this beach house, will definitely rent again, loved the location, convenient walk to Rosemary and Alys beach for dinner and shopping. The beds are amazing, with 4 masters and a bunk room for kids we were able to spread out, well appointed furnishings, everything we needed was at the house. Mgmt company was easy to work with. The huge neighborhood pool was great as well.

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway
My family and I visit 30A every year for our annual Friendsgiving festivities. See ya Soon met all of our needs as far as the space and amenities we were looking for to make our trip a success. The home was well stocked, clean and comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. I do want to commend 30A Escapes for being such a pleasure to work with and extremely responsive to our needs. The house had a small issue with the washer that was discovered prior to check in and Mary and Jessica handled the situation beautifully. I appreciate them going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and their transparency prior to check in. We will definitely rent this home again.

4 couples came down for the long wknd! this house is new with all the amenities we needed. very close to the beach and all the shops & restaurants of Rosemary and Alys beach, walked most everywhere! the cute Seacrest village is great and very close to the house! the nice big beds and accommodations are very nice! will book again!

Best Vacation Home
This vacation home is one of the most clean and beautiful homes I have stayed at thus far. The tram service to and from the beach was quick and efficient and made going to the beach pretty easy. The humongous pool was great for when the beach was a little too chilly. This home is very family friendly and felt very comfortable staying here. I definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a home away from home!!

Great location and convenient

Property was perfect for the 7 of us. The pool was a blast for the kids. The location to restaurants and amenities was so convenient and easy to walk to.

Perfectly located rental in Seacrest Beach

The location and the cleanliness of this rental are the two things that stood out during our stay. The newness of the rental helps to give it a clean feel, but it was also apparent that the property managers took great care to ensure everything was in tip-top shape when we arrived. As far as the location, this rental offers short walks to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. The Lagoon Pool is a stone’s throw from the house, and Seacrest Beach is also less than a 5-minute walk away. For those that don’t want to work up a sweat on their way to the beach, the free tram provided by the community offers a convenient and easy way to get to the water. One thing to note for larger families — the living/hangout area on the main level isn’t huge. Overall, this is a great rental that I’d certainly come back to.

Great Time

Had a great time. Wow what a beautiful place. Right in the middle of everything. Beach shipping gorgeous pool and great eats. Didn’t want to go home. We will definitely be back !!!

Amazing Stay!!’

Nice, clean property. It is a new build so every thing is up to date! I love that they have Aveda travel size products too. Central location. Everything was perfect for our family of 7. Would highly recommend!!!
