Welcome to Inlet Beach, an authentic “Old Florida” community with 13 acres of protected dunes, Inlet has a more secluded feel while still offering the conveniences of restaurants, shops, and entertainment in neighboring Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys beaches.
 
Come experience “Sol Serenity”, a newly built home in Inlet Beach. This well crafted, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home, has custom features throughout, offering guests both luxury and comfort. Decorated in creamy neutrals, whites, and greys, this home feels light and bright from the moment you enter, you will appreciate all the exquisite amenities and well thought out details that help to make this home so spectacular.
 
On the first floor, you will see a large open living space with combined living, kitchen, and dining areas. A built-in fireplace bordered with beautiful tile brings a classy, yet cozy feel to the room. The well-appointed kitchen has beautiful marbled white granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, off the kitchen is one of three king bedrooms and baths.
 
As you walk up the stairs to the second level of the home you will find another king bed and bath, complete with its own custom tiled shower, spacious closet, flat-screen TV, and private balcony. Just down the hall is the fabulous master king bed and bath, this room offers a private balcony which overlooks the community pool area and has a gorgeous Gulf view where you can sip your morning coffee or your evening cocktail. Plan to pamper yourself in the master bath which has a soaking tub, walk-in shower with rain-style showerhead, and double vanity. His and her closets make settling in and unpacking effortless.
 
As you continue up to the third floor, you will see a bunk room with 2 sets of twin over twin bunks. This room comes with its own shower/tub combination. Walk straight out of the bunk room into a second den with a large flat-screen TV. This is a perfect place for the kids to call their own. French doors open out to another balcony where the grill master in your family will be delighted with the outdoor built-in grill and cooking area. Enjoy your favorite foods and beverages while sitting out on the deck at the large wooden table as you overlook the mesmerizing sunsets and sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

1) Travel Insurance is NOT included in our quotes. It can be purchased during the reservation process or obtained independently.
2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
3) This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach. 
5) No trailers they will be fined and towed at the guests expense
6) A MAXIMUM OF THREE VEHICLES CAN BE PARKED AT THIS HOME. ADDITIONAL PARKING LOCATED AT SOUTHERN SELF STORAGE.
