For a seamless stay, please note the following important details:

• Travel Insurance is NOT included in our quotes. It can be purchased during the reservation process or obtained independently.


• We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa, and MasterCard ONLY)


• This property has 4 bikes available for guest use. A waiver must be signed before the code is provided. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.


• Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest, or Alys Beach.


• No trailers are allowed. Violations will result in fines and towing at the guest's expense.


• A MAXIMUM OF 3 VEHICLES can be parked at this home. Additional parking is available at Southern Self Storage.


• Seasonal Beach Chair Service is provided from 3/6 – 10/31: Includes 2 chairs + 1 umbrella.


• Currently, there is ongoing construction on Pompano St. The end date is unknown at this time.
