The property was perfect for our family

We had 3 family units and the bedrooms worked out perfectly for everyone.  The proximity to the pool was the best.  It made it really easy to go back and forth from the house to the pool with babies and kids.

Our stay was wonderful, including the weather, and perfect for our group!  We enjoyed the back patio and cooking on the grill with a nice view of the pool.  Our daily bike rides were very enjoyable and we were able to explore lots of areas...realizing Seacrest was our favorite!  We will be back again.

Wonderful!

We loved the home and location! House had large rooms for us to cook, eat and visit. Some used the pool or went to the beach. Others enjoyed a bike ride!

Girl's Trip

This house was perfect for our annual girl's trip! It was beautiful, and the view from our back patio was stunning! We appreciated the comfortable beds, abundance of towels and well stocked kitchen!!

Excellent Location

The house is great, but the location is even better. Walking distance to the beach. Walking distance to food and shopping in Rose Mary and Alys beach. The pool in the community, which is fantastic, is right off the back porch. Highly recommend the house and area.

Great location
This was our first stay in Seacrest Beach, third at 30A. We chose this house due to the location to the pool and it did not disappoint! The kids are old enough to walk over by themselves. We could easily go back and forth as the weather changed. The walk to the beach was easy and beautiful but the 2 tram stops were SUPER convenient as well. My ONLY wish was for more seating in the living area. There was enough seating if you utilize the dining table and bar stools but a sectional or another sofa would have made a huge difference for our party of 12. We rented thru 30A Escapes and had no issues.

Perfect family vacation

We had an amazing time! Location was great! Better than we could’ve even planned and the use of bikes made it even better! Our house was huge and the kitchen was perfect to cook in even for 12 people!

Best Family Vacation Ever!

We loved the house and its close proximity to the beach and Peddlers Pavillion. The kids loved the green area behind the house and spent hours hunting for lizards. The pool was amazing and swimming at night was a hit! The tram was so convenient and the walks to Alys and Rosemary Beach were easy. Loved every minute. Lots of great memories made!
