Love the property and location!

We Love this house!

We love the house, stocked with everything we needed. Close the beach and close to the pool. Very family friendly and close to restaurants and grocery stores. I can’t recommend Magnolia Cottages by the Sea enough! This is our 3rd year in this community and 2nd in the same property. We love being able to bring our little dog. We give it 5 stars! And our dog gives it 5 tail wags!?

Everyone we ever talked to at 30A Escapes was excellent. Very helpful when we needed anything. They also were available in a heartbeat. We never had to leave one message, they promptly picked up every call.

I would recommend the property very highly!

Sans Souci is in a good neighborhood and felt very safe. Close to good restaurants and the ocean.  I worked with Tara and very pleased with her.

The home, Sans Souci, is perfect for a wonderful, peaceful vacation with family!

Perfect 30A Rental for our Family!

Sans Souci was the perfect size for our family. We liked that it was close to the pool and close to the beach as well. The steps to the beach are a killer when coming back, but I needed the good workout. It was a great place to stay -- we thoroughly enjoyed it.

This is our 2nd time booking with 30A Escapes. We actually rented the same house both years in a row. 89 Patina Blvd. We love the Magnolia Cottages neighborhood. The proximity to beach is only 100 yards away and we can bike to Rosemary and Seacrest for donuts, shops and also just for fun biking around. Overall Dylan and team are exceptional individuals to book with and I will be do the same next year.

Perfect house and neighborhood!
Stayed for 3 weeks and loved it! Absolutely as listed. Perfect location and great neighborhood. Walk to beach is less than 2 blocks. Entire neighborhood appears to be pet friendly and so peaceful and relaxing. Was able to work remotely most of time and vacation some too. Will definitely be back!

Perfect week

We’ve stayed in many different properties along 30-A for the last 30 years and have often driven by Magnolia but never stayed there. However we likely will be coming back after a perfect week. It’s close enough to every place of interest but without the crowds of many other places.

Hakuna Matata = Sans Souci

We absolutely loved Sans Souci! The home was perfect in every way! Couple minutes walk to beach and 30 second walk to the pool. Our girls road bikes to ALYS and Rosemary frequently. Magnolia area was perfect too! All great things to say and we recommend this property highly!!

Great Getaway!

We loved staying here at 'Sans Souci'. The house was lovely - conveniently located and tastefully decorated. We had a little trouble initially with access codes - not to the actual house, but pool, etc. However, any time we had an issue or question the management company (30A Escapes) answered the phone and helped us with whatever. I would definitely recommend this place!

My family recently stayed here for 5 nights and loved the house! It was very clean, updated and well maintained! The location was great too-quiet street located directly across from the beach! Overall I would definitely recommend!

Sans Souci Indeed !!
Sans Souci means without worry or care free – what a perfect name for this beautiful rental in Magnolia Cottages by the Sea in Seacrest. From the moment we arrived (about a day late thanks to airline and weather issues), our troubles and worries melted away in the solitude of the neighborhood. As we entered the cottage we were delighted with the gorgeous open and updated kitchen and living area, which turned out to be a great place to relax, refuel, and relive the daily experiences throughout the stay. We quickly settled into the comfortable bedrooms, all tastefully decorated with interesting beach themed pieces. The Master suite was spacious with great storage and a private deck for enjoying an early morning coffee, a peaceful afternoon read, or a night cap, and the spacious shower with massive “rain” shower head was refreshing and unique. All three bathrooms in the cottage have been updated and are beautiful. The Shop at Watersound, a short stroll from the cottage, offered a super convenient place to grab some refreshments/snacks as we headed to the beach, which was literally yards away just across the street through the convenient private entrance. The beach at Seacrest is classic 30A with beautiful crystal white sand, but without the larger crowds that you will find closer to Seaside. Early morning walks for miles to the West take you towards Seaside/Water Color and to the East to Alys Beach and Rosemary are peaceful and uncrowded. We saw lots of dolphins and rays along the shore and sandbars. Every evening we would return to the beach for classic sunsets and it was great to have chairs available in the deck box on the front porch to sit and watch the show. Sans Souci is thoughtfully set up to be a home away from home. We found everything we needed in the cottage for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, etc and allowed us to easily prepare some meals after a great sunset. The grill outside was perfect for a quick meal of hot dogs and burgers or grilling up some fresh fish or shrimp from Goatfeathers seafood market (FYI – close new location with café at Inlet Beach). The entire cottage was comfortable, clean, and very well maintained. We love the location of Sans Souci for many reasons: Short walk to the beach or the neighborhood pool (just a few doors down the street). Just a few minutes’ drive from a super clean new Publix for all your grocery (and beverage needs). Easy bike or drive to the family friendly gathering spot called the Big Chill (formerly The Hub) for food, drinks, live entertainment, and shopping. Great spot to launch bike excursions to Seaside or Alys Beach/Rosemary to take advantage of the great 30A bike trails and explore the fun shopping and restaurant options without the hassle of finding a parking spot for the car. Quiet, peaceful, and friendly neighborhood to enjoy sitting on the front porch and just R E L A X ! Sans Souci indeed !! We hope to be back soon! Craig & Pam A. Flower Mound, TX

Very nice property and attentive management
We really enjoyed this property and it suited our needs well. The neighborhood is quiet and the access to the beach is excellent - a 5 minute walk. The house has been updated and was very comfortable. Our only issue was intermittent WIFI. When we reported this to the management team on day one, they had a property manager come to the house to address it the same day which was much appreciated. While it worked better after that, it still was intermittent and poorer in some parts of the house- we assumed this was just poor bandwidth from the carrier. That said, we would definitely still rent the property again.

Great Stay!

My family and I enjoyed the property and our time on 30A. Everything about our stay went well, from the time we booked to the communication we received from 30A Escapes to our departure. The property was exactly as advertised and met our needs. The community's pool was just steps away, and we used it daily. Overall, a great time.

Wonderful!
We had a great week at Sans Souci. The house was in a great location, spacious, clean and exactly as described. The front porch was my favorite spot for reading, drinking and watching the neighbors and kids go by. The beach was beautiful. The 30A Escapes staff and process were organized, professional and friendly. Can't recommend more.
