'Montishello' is a vacation rental home in Seacrest Beach - right between Rosemary and Alys - loaded with extras and designed to entertain! Relax on the over sized porches and balconies complete with an outdoor grill on the first floor, pizza oven on the second floor and fire place on the third floor! This custom built home features high end furnishings hard wood flooring, large transom windows, and an expansive chefs kitchen! With the main living space being on the second floor it is grand enough to entertain everyone! The spacious chefs kitchen has all the bells and whistles with a Thermador range, double sided fridge, wet bar, mini fridge, ice maker and more! The nano doors lead out to the screened in porch with a pizza oven on the main living level. This home has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and in total sleeps 12 guests!

This multi level home is an architectural gem that is rare to find on 30A. When you enter there is one bedroom immediately to your left on the ground level with a king size bed and en suite including a single sink and tiled shower/tub combo. Six steps take you up to the main kitchen, dining and living areas, additionally there is a half bath on this level. Down to the lower level there are two bedrooms, the first is a custom bunk room with a twin over twin. Another guest bedroom hosts two full size beds. Continue to the back of this level where you will find a living room, gym, and bathroom with a single sink and walk in shower. The screened in porch on the bottom floor has built in gas grill, ample counter space and a wet bar with mini fridge. Escape to the Primary Suite on the third floor and relax in the king size bed and luxury en suite complete with double sinks, walk in shower with dual rain shower heads, and an over sized custom walk in closet. This Primary Suite has a private screened in porch with a gas fireplace and rocking chairs to sit back and relax in! The second bedroom on the third floor has a king size bed and private en suite complete with double sinks and a walk in shower. This bedroom has a private balcony over looking the Seacrest Beach community. Additionally there is a laundry room on the third floor. 

Seacrest Beach is a wonderful community that features the famous 12,000 square foot lagoon pool. The house is just a few minutes walk to the pool and it backs up to the walking nature trails that go throughout the neighborhood. If you would prefer a shorter commute, you can always jump on the free shuttle that will take you to the beach or the lagoon pool. The tram makes it much more convenient when you have coolers, beach bags, etc. Don't forget to rinse the sand off using the outdoor shower!
