Ever dream of a relaxing getaway in a home with a coastal chic feel? If so, this cottage would be the perfect getaway for you! It's a home away from home without the constant reminders of your 'to-do list' and a lot closer to the glistening white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast.
Sandy Haven was designed by Rosemary Beach's first Town Architect, Elizabeth Guyton. Elizabeth created our cottage in the Old Florida Cottage vernacular, the original design philosophy of Rosemary Beach.
Upon entering the house, you will be greeted with a cozy room just off of the kitchen, perfect for gathering while the chefs of your group are preparing a fabulous, 'after the beach' meal. With four comfy chairs and a large flat screen TV, it is perfect for entertaining. In the kitchen, you will find all stainless steel appliances and an open space for hosting AND cooking.
Also on the first floor are the main living area and the dining room. Decorated in creamy greys and relaxing shades of blue, the main living area is a serene spot for all to unwind from the busy days of going to the beach, shopping at boutique downtown stores, and dining at both fine and casual restaurants in Rosemary Beach. The dining table seats six and could also be the perfect place to start one of your favorite family games with its ample space. French doors off of the living and dining areas open directly onto the boardwalk with direct access to the Coquina Pool. There is a half bath on the first floor as well.
As you go up the refinished pine stairs, you will find three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a King sized bed and is accented with a soothing light green paint color. Accessories in creamy neutrals and a large flat screen TV are the finishing touches for this harmonious master suite with a private bathroom and balcony.
The second bedroom is furnished with two full sized beds and another large flat screen TV. In the third bedroom, you will find a queen sized bed and flat screen TV. Finishing up the bedrooms, this room has a unique feel with porcelain seahorse bedside lamps and a shabby chic dresser. The 2nd full bathroom with a shower/tub combo completes the second floor.
With just a 2 minute walk to the beach, and the Coquina pool right outside, this home has it all. From tranquil decor to the perfect location, you couldn't ask for more.
PET FRIENDLY
Non shedding, housebroken dogs only (Must be approved by property management)
Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds
Must be kept in a crate when guests are not with their dog
30 Pound Limit: One dog weighing 30 lbs OR two dogs weighing a total of 30 lbs

1) Travel insurance is NOT included in our quotes. It can be purchased upon booking, added to your reservation by the final payment date, or obtained independently.
2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
3) This property has 3 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach.
5) This is Pet Friendly with a Pet Fee - $250 + tax (MAX 2 pets)
6) Discount and Promotion Restrictions Apply.
7) Currently there is active construction across the street with an unknown completion date at this time.

Perfect Location in Rosemary Beach
My daughter, her husband and 1.5 year old drove from Houston to meet us for a week. The house was decorated very nicely and with no floor coverings, it was perfect for a toddler. We were a very short walk to beach and across the walkway from the pool. We had a lovely vacation in Rosemary Beach!

We absolutely LOVED Sandy Haven!! The house itself is beautiful, the owners are wonderful, and the location cannot be beat- right across from the pool and such a short walk to the beach. Lovely home in the heart of Rosemary

Loved our week at Sandy haven! The main floor is the perfect set up for a week of family fun at the beach. Great location, beautiful house! The full size beds are not very comfortable, definitely recommend only for kids but the king & queen are great for people of any age.

Spring Break 2023
This is our 4th time to Rosemary Beach, first time at Sandy Haven and it did not disappoint! The house is lovely, great kitchen and appliances. Bedrooms are all upstairs and accommodated our family perfectly. My favorite space was the back patio! We took full advantage of the gas grill and dining table outside for breakfast and dinners. Really enjoyed the outdoor casual seating area as well, got to read my book in the sun during the day and enjoy a glass of wine by the outdoor gas fireplace on the cooler spring nights. This home has all the basics as far as knives, pots/pans, dishes, glasses etc. go, but we rent vacation homes often, so I know exactly what additional items to bring from home in order to ensure the perfect stay. (We drove from Texas so I had room to bring stuff from my kitchen, beach towels etc.). We would definitely rent Sandy Haven again! The location can't be beat! The best location!
This home is beautiful with a gorgeous kitchen and a cozy layout. Outside is a huge patio to grill, enjoy dinner outside, relax on the outdoor couches and enjoy the fireplace. For us, however, it was the location that put this vacay home over the top. Across the sidewalk is a large outdoor pool. You’re just steps away if from the gorgeous white sandy beaches. And just a couple blocks from adorable boutiques and delicious dining options. Plus the home comes with bikes so you can explore this beautiful area the fun way. Rosemary Beach Warmth
We have stayed at this property before one year ago. Beautiful neighborhood. The property had some upgrades in the way of a new mattress, bathroom updates, and new air conditioner which was easier to set. All in all a wonderful experience.

Perfect place in Rosemary
We had a great stay at Sandy Haven. The home is beautiful and had ample space for adults and kids alike. Great location next to the Coquina pool and walkover C to the beach. Especially loved having coffee on the porch or the back patio and making s’mores around the outdoor fireplace. Would definitely stay here again.
