This Rosemary Beach home was LOVELY!

Very comfortable, well-decorated.  Master bedroom was great.  Celia was great.  Always reachable with questions and very responsive.  She made a personal visit to our home to bring a replacement DVR remote when we had operating trouble.

Perfect Location in Rosemary Beach

My daughter, her husband and 1.5 year old drove from Houston to meet us for a week. The house was decorated very nicely and with no floor coverings, it was perfect for a toddler. We were a very short walk to beach and across the walkway from the pool. We had a lovely vacation in Rosemary Beach!

Sandy Haven

We absolutely LOVED Sandy Haven!! The house itself is beautiful, the owners are wonderful, and the location cannot be beat- right across from the pool and such a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend. We’re already planning our stay for next year- thank you so much for such an awesome experience!

Lovely home in the heart of Rosemary
We enjoyed our winter weather stay at Sandy Haven. It had everything we needed and was well appointed. The location is perfect for pool or beach and we loved sitting outside on the back piazza. The two sitting rooms were perfect for 2 couples or couples with kids.

NYE Getaway

Zero complaints about our stay. The property was exactly as described, and looks just like the pictures. 2 minutes to the beach, 15 seconds to the pool. House was clean and well appointed. We were perfectly comfortable, and look forward to our next trip!!

We have stayed with 30a Escapes several times...

Always have provided excellent service. Sandy Haven was a beautiful home right across from the Coquina pool and only a short walk to the beach. This house is pet friendly, and we loved bringing our dog to Rosemary for the first time!

Loved our week at Sandy haven! The main floor is the perfect set up for a week of family fun at the beach. Great location, beautiful house! The full size beds are not very comfortable, definitely recommend only for kids but the king & queen are great for people of any age.

Spring Break 2023
This is our 4th time to Rosemary Beach, first time at Sandy Haven and it did not disappoint! The house is lovely, great kitchen and appliances. Bedrooms are all upstairs and accommodated our family perfectly. My favorite space was the back patio! We took full advantage of the gas grill and dining table outside for breakfast and dinners. Really enjoyed the outdoor casual seating area as well, got to read my book in the sun during the day and enjoy a glass of wine by the outdoor gas fireplace on the cooler spring nights. This home has all the basics as far as knives, pots/pans, dishes, glasses etc. go, but we rent vacation homes often, so I know exactly what additional items to bring from home in order to ensure the perfect stay. (We drove from Texas so I had room to bring stuff from my kitchen, beach towels etc.). We would definitely rent Sandy Haven again! The location can't be beat! You can see the ocean from the front porch and the community pool is across the path way. A+!

The best location!
This home is beautiful with a gorgeous kitchen and a cozy layout. Outside is a huge patio to grill, enjoy dinner outside, relax on the outdoor couches and enjoy the fireplace. For us, however, it was the location that put this vacay home over the top. Across the sidewalk is a large outdoor pool. You’re just steps away if from the gorgeous white sandy beaches. And just a couple blocks from adorable boutiques and delicious dining options. Plus the home comes with bikes so you can explore this beautiful area the fun way. Miss it already!

Rosemary Beach Warmth

We have stayed at this property before one year ago. Beautiful neighborhood. The property had some upgrades in the way of a new mattress, bathroom updates, and new air conditioner which was easier to set. All in all a wonderful experience.

this house was PERFECT! pool across the street plus access to 3 additional pools. quick walk to the beach was key with having two little kids. this house met all our needs! even rockers to help rock babies to sleep! 15/10!

Special Place

Great stay. Close to beach and pool. Also close to green space. Easy walk to main shops etc. made the walk with 2 and 4 year old multiple times a day. Would stay again.

Amazing Location!

Great property for our stay with family with the most convenient location right next to the pool and beach! The outdoor fireplace and patio was great in the evenings as well. Would stay again!

Perfect place in Rosemary

We had a great stay at Sandy Haven. The home is beautiful and had ample space for adults and kids alike. Great location next to the Coquina pool and walkover C to the beach. Especially loved having coffee on the porch or the back patio and making s’mores around the outdoor fireplace. Would definitely stay here again.

Heavenly Haven at the Beach

We stayed over Christmas and this house is adorable! Since we were cooking Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at the house I was concerned about the kitchen and cookware. This kitchen was amazing and fully stocked with cooking utensils and cookware. The location of this home in Rosemary Beach is perfect. So close to the beach and to Mainstreet. Our family enjoyed the stay and we will probably stay here again. I highly recommend this home!
