Old Folks Meet at the beach

We enjoyed the four king-size bedrooms for each couple! Great Gulf views from the back porches. Very close to the beach access. The house was beautiful inside and out! The AC was great as well as the endless hot water for showers. Easy ride on bikes into Rosemary Beach! We will be back again!

Beautiful house, excellent location!

I would highly recommend the Palmetto Blue in Inlet Beach. The home was beautiful and the beach access was very close. I was a little concerned about the beach access being public but it was fine. Not crowded at all and no excessive rental chairs. The home comes with a set of rental chairs and an umbrella available at the beach which is very convenient. However, the beach is not overrun by rental chairs like Rosemary Beach and Seacrest Beach. The pool was nice and never crowded during our stay. The only complaint about the pool was the lack of a dedicated path or walkway to the pool. We had to walk through the pine straw to get to the pool gate. Its a new development so maybe there is a plan for a path in the future. Not a big deal at all, but it was a little strange. We shared the house with our friends so there were 4 adults and 4 young children. Plenty of room for everyone. The house also comes with adult bikes. It is an easy ride to Rosemary or Shades. The adjacent street leading to the beach access is fairly busy and people drive faster than they should so be careful if you have young children that want to ride their bikes. The rest of the surrounding rides are fine. The location of this house is huge plus. Its so close to the beach you can easily walk back to the house for lunch or a cooler refill.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this Inlet Beach house! The bed rooms are spaced out so there is plenty of room to relax and all the extra patios were a nice bonus. It is well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, pans and some extras like a griddle and crock pot. As someone else said there is no pantry but there is plenty of cabinet space to make it work. The house is a super quick walk to the beach, which was clutch, and provides two beach chairs and one umbrella set up for you. We didn’t have a beach wagon so it would be nice if something like that was provided to bring our gear to the beach. The hot water was a little fussy at times - we may have just run the tank out. The pool is really nice - we rarely saw another person there so it was easy to social distance. We would absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful vacation home!
The Palmetto Blue felt like home, so much so I did not want to leave. It is beautiful and has all the amenities you will ever need. I enjoyed the quick walk or bike ride (bikes provided) to Rosemary beach for the Farmer’s Market, shopping and restaurants. My week was so relaxing spending time at the beach and pool; both right outside your door. Hot showers and the most comfortable beds for a good night’s sleep! I am so ready to go back as I left my heart in Florida at the Palmetto Blue! ?

Enjoyed my stay!
Short walk to the beach and pool! The pool is shared with other property, but we were able to enjoy it mostly for ourselves the entire time. Highly recommend this property.

Great House
Stayed here with our children and friends for a school break. Fantastic house, great location, great views, well equipped kitchen. Loved the four king size rooms with plenty of space for everyone to lounge.

Extended our stay!

No words can express how much your house has meant to us!  We originally came for 5 days, and ended up extending our stay for 2 more weeks!  We did not want to leave!  Since the day we got here, the vibe we felt was exactly what we were looking for!  We took care or this place as if it was our own.  The only thing we can say to Blaine and Kristine is... One thousand times THANK YOU!!  You have made this place one of the best experiences of our lives!  We started here on a vacation plan for 5 days, and this house ended up being our daughters classroom for 2 weeks!  Best experience ever!  If there is one good thing that this Pandemic has brought to us, is this amazing place.  This has definitely been one of the best experiences we have ever had!  We look forward to more vacations here!  Just Priceless!

Hurricane Vacation

We didn’t have good luck with the weather but the accommodations were great! Very nice home, beds were great. Loved the pool access and easy access to beach. We will be back!

Fun with Friends
We stayed here last year and again this year around the same time. Weather at Inlet Beach was perfect. This house is amazing. Great for family groups or friends to have a great time together but also have their privacy of own bedrooms and bathrooms. Plan to be back again soon!

Friends Reunion
This was one of our best vacations. The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for 4 couples. The location was perfect. We could walk or ride bikes to the beach, Sunday's Farmers Market, restaurants, boutiques. Evenings on the beach were fun with spectacular sunsets. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises! Thank you!

Really enjoyed this house
We really enjoyed this place. The house is in a great location and being on the corner is extra nice for where the out door shower is. Our two "com[plaints" are the stairs and that is on us for not looking at the floor plan first, BUT there are a lot of steps and a lot of trips up and down them so be aware of that! Secondly there is NO place to put away the food that you bring with you/buy at the grocery store. I expected at least a couple of shelves if not a pantry. All that said, we have stayed MANY place up and down 30A and this is one of the first ones I would rent again!

My friends and I have been to Palmetto Blue 4 times if that tells you anything! It has a perfect location, bikes, baths for each bedroom, and always immaculate! We love it here and will continue to come back :)

Girls trip Getaway

We just returned from a wonderful stay at the Palmetto Blue. There were five women in our group and we all loved the house and the location. It is in a great neighborhood and very quiet. The house is very clean with nice furnishings and it is well stocked with anything you may need. The beds were very comfortable and because the bedrooms are on three levels you feel like you have lots of areas to spread out, if someone wants to sleep in or go to bed early you can be on another level and not disrupt each other. It is a quick walk to the beach and an easy bike ride to many wonderful restaurants and shopping. We loved having the bikes and used them a lot. The whole area is very bike friendly and very easy to get around. We didn’t rent a car and between ubers and bike rides we got around perfectly. We also sat by the pool one afternoon (we didn’t swim because it wasn’t very warm outside) but it is very convenient and nice. Management is very attentive and responds quickly with any questions. We loved our stay at Palmetto Blue (and the whole 30A area) and hope to return again soon!
