The master en suite includes two sinks and a glass enclosed shower with dual shower heads. Enjoy the balcony views of the live oak canopy which is unique to this area of Seagrove beach! The queen guest bedroom is on this second level as well and is equipped with a queen size bed and private en suite. The en suite bathroom has a single sink and tiled tub/shower combo. 

The cozy screened in porch is a must on 30A and has ample seating for everyone. There is a dining table for four, a couch, two chairs and a porch bed swing. Enjoy the TV on the porch as a second living area or step outside the screened in porch to enjoy the backyard and grilling area!

3) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. 30A Escapes cannot be held responsible for construction near the rental property. 
4) This property has 3 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
5) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach.
6) There is an active camera located on the front of the home at the peak of the house over looking the yard.
