'Sea Castle' is definitely a Castle on the Beach

4 master suites with 5 bunk rooms was a fabulous floor plan for the ultimate beach front vacation. The Gulf Views are simply endless, as the pictures don’t do it justice. First class design and decor and the Gulf Front pool deck is the place to be! 8 beach chairs included and set up every day for us was awesome.

Beautiful Gulf Front Home

Amazing house with a nice pool and tons of room! This gulf front home is just steps from the beach, we never left because we had everything we needed! So relaxing and waking up to sunsets on the beach and then watching the sunset was amazing!

Awesome House
Beautiful new home. Tons of room for big groups. We rent a beach house every year and this is by far the biggest patio we have seen. Everything was high end and even having ice machines on each floor was just a great idea. Would 100% recommend.

Amazing House!

SeaCastle

We stayed at SeaCastle with 30A Escapes this past week. I travel quite often and I must say that this particular stay by far has been the best yet. 30A Escapes is a "top notch" rental company. The house was very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, an InstaPot, Coffee Makers on each floor. 4 sets of Beach Chairs with Umbrellas. The staff (Angel) namely did a great job as well. She had a very pleasant voice when you called, and was very helpful. I definitely plan on planning my next retreat with 30A Escapes again.....

Best of the Best!

30A Escapes provided everything you could possibly require. The kitchen was better equipped than my own home is. The beds were very comfortable. The beach access was great and the outdoor accommodations such as pool and hot tub were the bomb. The house truly is a "showplace". It is absolutely gorgeous and I highly recommend booking your vacation with 30A Escapes.

Most Luxurious Vacation Rental in the Area
Hands down the most fabulous house, best view of the Gulf, & MOST FUN our family has ever had on a vacation. From the second floor living space & dining areas, we watched family movies & played card games. Then downstairs the ULTIMATE party level which boasts arcade games, ping pong, pool table, foosball, & a private pool & hot tub kept our family playing & having fun all week long. The extensively open beach was a pleasure to enjoy from this Gulf-Front house. THERE IS NO BETTER PLACE TO VACATION IN THE ENTIRE AREA!

Amazing!
I spent 5 days with my family here in December for Christmas and it was spectacular! The amenities are endless, the views are incredible, and you can’t beat being beach front! This house has everything you could possibly need for your stay and the location is perfect. We will definitely be back next year!

Top Notch Vacation Home!

Just the perfect location - and clean. Big kitchen, lots of utensils, plates etc. Games for the kids and pool was just right. Funnnnn house, awesome view! Great bedrooms!

Best trip ever

The “Sea Castle” had everything you could want or need. The owners thought about everything when it came to this beach house. The location was great with a cvs, Publix and liquor store all within a mile. Gorgeous house on a gorgeous beach-what else could you ask for. Very accommodating with any request and hope to be so lucky to stay there again in the future. Don’t even think about it-just book it!

Perfect!

We loved our stay at Sea Castle! We had a large group of 19 and never felt crowded. Everyone had their own space which was very comfortable and nice for the teens in the group to have their own spot to hang. The beach was terrific and having the chairs already set up each day was a huge plus. The seating in the main room was really comfortable and easily accommodated our family. The only criticism I would have is that the kitchen does not have a pantry for groceries. Other than that, it was wonderful. We've already booked for next summer! Thanks!

Stunning Vacation Home
This home is everything and more for a large family gathering! The online photos are very accurate. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious, and the gathering rooms were very well equipped. The pool was used everyday and having an outdoor shower and bathroom was very nice. The 8 chairs and 4 umbrellas (that are provided with the rental) on the beach everyday was a nice treat. We arranged for a beach bonfire with s'mores in front of the house two evenings through the same company that provides the chairs. If you have a house full of people like we did, you will need to bring/buy extra toilet paper, tall kitchen trash bags, dishwasher pods, and napkins or more paper towels. There are 5 coffeemakers - a Keurig in both master suites and three 12-cups makers with filters included. As other reviewers have mentioned, the 2nd floor pantry is the furthest door from the main kitchen so be sure to open all the doors to see what's behind them! We used the washer/dryer located on both the 1st and 3rd floors which was very convenient. My only recommendation would be written instructions for the elevator. It was not intuitive to close the metal gate when you entered and exited in order for it to be used and then go to other floors. It was not obvious how hard you needed to push open the wooden door to exit. We had family members who thought they were stuck. It ended up being funny once they "escaped" but could have been avoided with written instructions. We also appreciated how 30A was so responsive to any special requests or questions.

Annual Family Vacation

The Best vacation home and location!!

We stayed here with 10 adults and three young children. The house was immaculately clean and well equipped. The vibe is luxurious. We cooked, grilled and ate our family dinners on the porch off the kitchen or by the pool; both locations overlook the ocean. The view was unbelievable!! There were 2 offices off the stairs where those who wanted to work a day or two could find a quiet space and still enjoy a beautiful beach view. The 8 chairs and umbrellas which were delivered to the beach each day were a nice, much appreciated touch. The beach is soft sugar sand. One evening, we had a bonfire on the beach arranged through the management, complete with beach chairs, blue tooth speaker, tiki torches and s'mores. The management was professional, responsive, helpful .... the best! We would definitely stay here again.

What a place!

Thoroughly enjoyed our family beach vacation at Sea Castle. A well designed vacation rental home with plenty of space and directly on the beach. The heated pool and spa were used often by all of us. I give this rental a thumbs up with five stars!

Family Vaca

The house and it’s views were absolutely amazing. We loved that our teenagers had space to chill downstairs and our littles loved the bunk room on the top floor. Was a perfect set up. Lots of dishes to cook, ice machines helped so much with 15 people, and double dishwasher is great. Would rent a million times over!!

Outstanding location and home

We love the Sea Castle! The pictures of the listing is exactly what you can expect and more. Solid construction, beautifully appointed, lots of natural light and tremendous amounts of space for gathering, visiting, eating and fun. The only thing that was an issue is that the pool lights did not turn on. Very minor thing. Everyone was comfortable, beds and linens were amazing. The complementary umbrella and chairs on the beach each morning was special. The kitchen is well appointed with dishes, cookware, flatware, and everything you would need. We look forward to booking this location again as everyone absolutely raved about it.

Amazing Property
We had the opportunity to stay at this property December 2023, the views are amazing. The room on the property for large groups was exceptional. We had 13 during the evening and 19 during the day. Plenty of room and activities for all ages in our group ranging from 12-82. There was space to be in a large group and small private areas to relax and enjoy the view. I would highly recommend this property for large groups.

Amazing Property

We had the opportunity to stay at this property in December 2023. We had 13 guest overnight at the property and 19 during the day. There is plenty of room to entertain, have quite time and the views are amazing. I would recommend this property. Excellent for large groups! Wish we would have had more time!!

You don't have to leave!

We used the house for a mini-family reunion with 12 people varying in age from 17-76. The house offers so many amenities that we only left the house to go to the beach or the store. The games in the ground floor were our source of entertainment every night with hours of foosball and pool tournaments. And I may have gotten addicted to Pac-Man and Frogger reliving my childhood. The sunsets were unbelievable over the water. The only issue we had was the pool heat and they were VERY responsive. The Property Management is top notch. If you are looking for a house that has everything and don't want to drive anywhere, this is it. P.S. The floors throughout the house are beautiful. If the owner remembers the Name and Maker of the floors, we would love to know as we are redoing our floors.

Beautiful house/view
Sea Castle is very special. Amazing furniture, every bedroom has a bathroom, even a bathroom outside. Fun pool/hot tub that all loved. The elevator was helpful with luggage and we appreciated the chairs and umbrellas being provided at the beach. We plan on returning for sure. Family reunion ready!

A Family Vacation Castle for all ages!
Sea Castle was everything we hoped for and more! I was nervous at first with a large family group - but this was "the best vacation ever" (as one grandchild proclaimed). We had ages 2-70 and all were very happy. We paid up for this rental, but were very happy we did. The entire crew spent all week here and only outings were for some groceries! The pool and beach with such easy access every day was perfect. And all enjoyed the indoor and outdoor games! Perfect setup inside - basically each family unit had a floor of rooms to spread out in. We had a total of 15 people and felt very at home. All amenities were amazing! The 30A Escapes group is always so friendly and helpful. They are always quick to respond to any questions / issues! I will highly recommend this house and this agency to others!!

Absolutely Amazing!

I rented this beautiful beach house for the celebration of my 40th birthday and it was PERFECT! I had 21 total guests and all of them were blown away with the house! Breathtaking
