Love Beach Treat in High Pointe Resort!  The 30a escapes staff has always been great and takes card of any issues quickly.

I had a package that needed to be delivered while we were on vacation. I had it sent to 30A office and Dylan hand delivered it to our unit. What AWESOME customer service. Thank you so much Dylan!

Lauren text me the door code and she also texted me through our stay when the gate code changed. It was written in our house documents, but she took the time to text me to ensure we were aware of the change-- Thank you Lauren!

Had the Time of our Lives!

The condo was gorgeous, huge, and very clean.  It was perfectly located along 30A.  And the community was full of amenities.  We loved Crabby Steve's.  We will definitely be back.

I highly recommend High Point Resort in Seacrest/Rosemary Beach!

It has the best of all experiences; location, great pool, walk out to the beach and Crabby Steve's!!

Great vacation spot!
We absolutely loved our stay! Great location & convenient access to the beach and pool! Loved having an on-site restaurant for nights we didn't want to go far to eat. Can't wait to return!

Rosemary bliss

The location couldn’t have been better. The condo had everything we needed, and was beautifully furnished. We were close to everything, and bike rentals were just across the street. We would definitely stay there again. We loved the ground floor, as we could go and come to the pool and beach without having to go through the building. The view was beautiful also. The buildings there all sit on a cliff anyway, so you had a gorgeous view of the ocean. Because this is a private gated resort, the beach was not crowed at all. Loved it!!

High Pointe 16E
Enjoyed our stay at High Pointe 16E very much. The unit was very clean and bright. The windows looking out on the gulf make the room feel bigger. Mornings on the patio with a cup of coffee were very relaxing. Being on the ground floor, a high top table and chairs on the patio would be a nice addition. The pool area is excellent however the hot tub not functioning was disappointing. The tennis court and pickle ball courts look brand new. Beach access was very convenient through Crabby Steve’s, which provided quality food and adult beverages. Overall a great place to stay.

Family spring break

Such a convenient location! Short walk to restaurants and shops. Direct beachfront condo with plenty of room and great views. Easy beach access and great pool. Would stay again.
