Step into Unit #5, a completely renovated gulf-front condo boasting 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. This spacious and contemporary condo is designed with luxury and comfort in mind. The main level features an open-concept living space encompassing a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The breathtaking 180-degree views of the Gulf beckon you onto the balcony, where you can savor the ocean breeze or catch a mesmerizing sunset. Equipped with high-end appliances and generous counter space, the kitchen invites you to whip up delicious home-cooked meals. The dining table seats four guests, with additional seating for four at the kitchen bar. Unwind in the cozy living room, complete with a half bathroom and laundry closet on this level.

Ascend the stairs to the second level and the fourth floor of the building to discover two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The gulf-front master suite boasts a king-size bed, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
