The open floor plan at ‘For a Song’ begins with the living area as you enter from the expansive wrap-around front porch. Here you'll find a large living area with fireplace and windows all around allowing the natural Florida sunlight in each morning.The dining area comfortably seats six and opens into the gourmet kitchen with seating for three at the island. Updated appliances, cabinetry, and lighting add to the ambiance that this home displays throughout.
The master suite on the second floor has a king size bed and a luxury en suite with a glass enclosed rain shower and separate soaking garden tub. There is a double vanity, a wine cooler, and coffee station for your convenience in the en suite. The second king master is on the second floor with an en suite that includes a farm house style sink with glass enclosed shower. One of the first floor guest bedrooms has a twin over twin bunk bed as well as a double bed, and the other has a king bed just a few steps from the pool. These two guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a double vanity and glass enclosed shower. Beautiful original outsider art collection adds to the ambiance, and bring you favorite records for the turntable or play music from your phone via Bluetooth.
The jewel of this home is the private pool, spa and back yard. The beautiful 30” private pool can be heated for a fee as well as the deep 8’ X 8” spa! The backyard living area is equipped with an exterior fireplace, living and dining areas, gas grill, ping pong table, corn hole, badminton, and so much more! Also featuring a laid-back front porch and two-second floor balconies.
“For A Song” is a short distance from Alys and Rosemary to the east, or venture to the west to Seagrove, Seaside, Watercolor and more state parks!

2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX only.
3) This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Pools can only be heated between the dates of September 1st - April 30th.

So Great!
We have stayed in multiple properties over the years on 30A, mostly in this area. This house went beyond our expectations. It was lovely, inside and out, well-appointed, and conveniently located. We didn't expect this, but we enjoyed being on this street - traffic was minimal, which made it a great place for the kids to ride bikes. The pool and hot tub were both excellent and received much use. The backyard landscaping is beautiful. The rental agents were prompt in responding by text and email, and we wanted for nothing while there. My family wants me to go ahead and book it again for next year, which I will happily do.- Anonymous U , Posted:
Wonderful Home!
What a warm, welcoming, well-equipped beach house. Very clean, comfortable, and has wonderful artwork surrounding the house. Enjoyed the location, the bike rides, and walking to the beach for each sunset. I absolutely loved "For A Song "and will be back to make more memories.

Great place!
We highly enjoyed our stay at 'For a Song'. House was clean and ready upon arrival. Someone from 30A Escapes stopped by the house that first day to make sure everything was up to par. We appreciated that. House was well appointed seemingly to be freshly remodeled, and pool was great. We’ve stayed in the area before and knew what to expect. The beach was roughly 0.5 mile walk away, and was a little more crowded than in years past but still enjoyable. Only minor complaint would be that the outdoor shower was at the back of the house, and we had go through the house to get to it after being at the beach. But would gladly stay here again!

Wonderful Stay on 30A

Wonderful accommodations
We so enjoyed our stay here! Such a nice home with awesome amenities. I even had chocolate covered strawberries and happy birthday balloons upon arrival. Will certainly stay again.

Great house!
This is by far our favorite home we have stayed in over the last 10-15 years. The outdoor space was so fun. The pool was perfect, our guys loved the ping pong table. Kitchen was very well stocked. We will be coming back next year!- Anonymous U , Posted:
Very comfortable home
We really enjoyed our stay at For A Song. Home is very comfortable and the backyard is peaceful. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub, ping pong, corn hole, and the screened in porch. Had a wonderful stay, For a Song was everything we expected. House/Pool were very clean. Kitchen well stocked. Bikes were a bonus. Only drawback pool was limited to 5 ft, shallow area was most of the, great for small children, but pool temperature was very warm because of air temperature being so hot. The closest beach access, Gulf Lakes Public Beach Access, unfortunately, does not have vehicle parking.
