Great for two families!

Our family stayed in this beautiful home over fall break. It has two master suites with king beds, a bunk room (we put the boys in), and a precious loft room (girls stayed here)! The house has lots of outdoor spots to relax, and it sits on one of the quiet parks. We loved our time together spent drinking coffee on the porch in the mornings. The house had plenty of TVs for all the college football we were watching! We’ll definitely plan to stay here again.

Amazing condo in Rosemary
My family of 4 spent a long weekend with another family of 4 this past winter. It was a perfect place for two families with 2 master suites, a bunk room and a loft. The condo was well stocked but had extra cabinet space for personal items. It was equipped with new appliances , and the layout accommodated us so it never felt crowded. We used the fireplace which was a nice cozy touch you don’t normally find at the beach. My favorite was the quiet, peaceful courtyard where we could truly relax and unwind. We had access to shopping, dining, and the beach within a quick walk. This is a lovely, comfortable location that I would strongly recommend.

Spring Break 2023

We always enjoy our time in RMB, and this experience was no different. It was perfectly located, perfectly appointed, and perfectly sized for our family (2 parents, 3 kids, and 2 grandparents.) It was nice and quiet, yet close to the action. We did run out of propane on day 2 but they were there within an hour to replace it. Ultimately we could not have asked for a better week.

Awesome

Awesome Thanksgiving week stay! Plenty of space for two families (4 adults, 3 kids). Great location - loved being able to enjoy the patio space overlooking courtyard in the mornings and afternoon. Was very impressed with comfort of bed and how well stocked the kitchen was with quality utensils and equipment. We were able to cook an entire Thanksgiving meal with ease! Cannot wait to rebook!

A Perfect New Year's Vacation

My family stayed here for a week during the New Year's holiday, and we couldn't have had a better time! The house was fantastic! It was beautifully decorated, up to date, yet had a very "homey" feel too. We loved that it was situated on one of the green spaces in Rosemary Beach, but the center of town was just a short walk too. Overall, I couldn't recommend this place more. We'll be back!

Beautiful home and community, very responsive property management, soft white sand beach and turquoise water that was top notch. We will go back, very kid friendly area.

Great Place!!
My family stayed here this fall. The house is fantastic. A great layout for families. The house is within easy walking distance to the beach, pools, shopping and dining. Could not have had a better experience. We will be booking this house again on our next trip to Rosemary!

Home away from home!
We had a wonderful stay at 21 Hamilton Lane in Rosemary. The rooms were spacious and cozy with 2 master rooms with private bathrooms and very comfortable beds. This place was great for multiple families. The kids loved the bunk beds and upstairs loft with lots of sleeping options and space to play. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we could need. The place felt like home with all of the cozy seating options indoor and out. The beach, shopping, and restaurants were a very short and convenient walk from the front door. Highly recommend!

Wow!! What a blast. This home is the crème de la crème of Rosemary. Everything in the house was in perfect working order, exceptionally clean, and nestled in a quiet area on wonderful green space. If you’re working, reading, or relaxing this home if superb. The bedroom setup is perfect for separating girls and boys. Terrific area for both. We’ll definitely revisit these hosts. They certainly know how to take care of their guests.

Christmas Get Away

This was the most relaxing week we've spent away in a very long time. The home is absolutely beautiful. Secluded from the main streets (30A ) but only a minute bike ride away from Barrett Square and the beach entrance. Beds and linens were superb. Very clean. Just as advertised. Extremely prompt response from manager. Little construction behind the home but nothing that bothered our stay. The beach was stunning. Cooler weather just meant a sweater was needed. We were able to do enjoy a dolphin tour and saw several while out. Will definitely stay again on our return trip to beautiful Rosemary Beach!

Beautiful - Great Neighborhood

I highly recommend this vacation rental home. This is a wonderful beach house - beautiful rooms, good amenities, great fixtures, and in a very nice neighborhood with walking distance access to shops, restaurants, the beach and neighborhood pools. Please note the stairs to the upper bedroom are quite steep, but we managed fine once we got used to them.
