Happy Times at Happy Hour!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Seacrest Beach property.  Happy Hour was had just about every night out on the balcony.  The pool and beach are super close and we loved the bikes. Can't wait to come back!

Relaxation
Happy hour had everything we needed. Beach and pool where steps away. Private deeded beach access immediately accross the street. Pool 30 steps away. Best of both worlds in the small boutique complex. Family friendly and can't wait to come back.....

Stunning vacation home

Very very nice and clean! Beautiful duplex! The bikes were a huge plus in renting- had trouble with bike code and Saxon bikes immediately responded and got us going! Thanks, again to Saxon:) Property managers are great and so easy to communicate with.. any questions we had were IMMEDIATELY addressed! Lovely stay ! Thanks, again!

Good times on 30A!!!
Happy Hour on 30A exceeded our expectations! The townhome is very spacious and clean! I was surprised at the proximity to the beach. The beach entrance is right across the street! No need to look for parking, we just walked over! The kids loved spending time at the beach during the day and then they enjoyed the pool when we went back home. We will definitely be back!

A Little Piece of Heaven
Where do I begin? Everything about our stay over spring break was perfect! From the amenities, to the location to the margaritas on the balcony, our stay made us question why we live in Chicago. The spacious and beautifully appointed home is a wonderful retreat after a long day at the beach (just a stone’s throw away) and the pool was perfect for the kiddos who still had energy for a night swim. I am already planning my next trip to this little piece of heaven.

Paradise Found
We enjoyed staying at Happy Hour on 30A. The management team left us bikes , with locks, which we rode around town during our daily lunch breaks from our remote work. The kitchen was very well stocked with all equipment needed to cook. If you choose not to cook, it is a great location to find great restaurants with diverse meals whether you prefer to dine in or have it delivered. Easy access to private beach, community pool, parking and beautiful scenery while walking or biking. This home is really clean and has an amazing view from the balcony where we spent each evening enjoying some wine. Property management is easy to get ahold of if you have any questions or requests. Amazing location and a very warm and welcoming home.

Great location and perfect space!

After staying many years in Seacrest, we decided to try out Happy Hour on 30A- and we were not disappointed! The location is just steps from the private deeded beach access (a HUGE plus). We loved the king-sized beds in each room, the setup of the living room and kitchen and the cozy balcony and front porch. The pool was right across the complex, which was a major plus for my two little boys. Overall, we loved it!

Great 'Happy Hour on 30A'

Great place to stay. Very close to the beach (literally a two minute walk tops until you’re on the sand). All of the rooms were very spacious and clean. Love the balcony for sitting and having a good time. Would definitely stay here again.

Paradise!
Happy Hour on 30A was an absolute paradise!! We can’t wait to go back. This was hands down the best location to be in and the home has all the amenities required for the perfect vacation. In addition to the private access to the beach which is just STEPS away from the home, it has a pool, grill, parking spots, bikes, and the huge balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunrise and sunsets! We were so pleased to have all of the best restaurants, stores, and beaches so close to home. We loved biking down 30A to Alys beach for breakfast and there is an upscale small store nearby that was so convenient for picking up snacks and wine before walking to the beach for sunset. We would recommend this to families and couples looking for a dream getaway and total relaxation! The location can’t be beat and the home is beautifully done with gorgeous finishings and decor. There is so much space and it was the best place to wind down after a long day exploring all of 30A. We can’t wait to go back to paradise-Happy hour on 30A!

Had a great beach trip staying at Happy Hour on 30A #5 condo. The three bedroom / three bath layout was great for us and our two (adult) kids:) Well equipped, plenty of room, and great beach access. Also great location, easy bike ride to Alys, Seacrest, Rosemary Beach. Short drive to Seaside and Grayton.

Great location, wonderful trip!

Stayed here for our annual beach trip for the 4th and had a great time! Perfect duplex for our group and can’t say enough about the location! Super easy to get to the private or public beach access right across the street. Management was very quick to respond to questions and very helpful. We will keep this spot in mind for future trips!

Wonderful Experience!

This was our 1st family vacation in years and included our one year old grandson, with his daddy (our son) and mama, our other son and his girlfriend (turned fiance on our first night at the beach!!) - we loved the proximity to the beach just a few steps away and the pool also very convenient - loved the layout of Happy Hours 30A with the cozy upstairs family area, kitchen and balcony perfect for the 7 of us! The place was bright, cheerful and well maintained, thank you for creating a homey atmosphere for the Pierce Party Family Vacation!!

Beautiful and relaxing getaway at Happy Hour #5
Such a beautiful townhome! Very updated and clean! Great people to work with ; responded promptly to my questions and needs. Great location! About a 3-4 min walk to beach (LOTS of stairs though on the walkway down to the beach for those with physical needs)
