Located on the south side of 30A, '37 N Green Turtle Lane' is beautifully tucked away in the heart of Rosemary Beach just 5 minutes from the Coquina Community Pool and a 3 minute walk to the beautiful white sands of Rosemary Beach. This main house and carriage house rents as one and sleeps 11 guests total!

Enter the main house to find the kitchen, living and dining spaces on the first floor with a half bath. Step out to the private courtyard located between the main house and carriage house and grill up a family dinner while enjoying company. The main house sleeps 8 guests with all bedrooms being on the second floor. The master has a king size bed and private en suite including a walk in shower. The other two guest bedrooms are on this level, one has a queen size bed and one has a 2 sets of twin/twin bunks. The shared hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo and two sinks. There is also a stacked washer and dryer on the second level.

The detached carriage house is above the garage space and accessed by exterior stairs. The main level has a full kitchen and living room with a built in twin size bed for extra sleeping arrangements. The full size bathroom is located by the living room with one sink and a walk in shower, also a stacked washer and dryer can be found in this bathroom. Head on up the stairs to the loft where you will find a queen size bed and half bath. 

Looking for things to do with your kids? Rosemary Beach is a fantastic family vacation spot as it has splash pads throughout the community, kiddie pools at the community pools, a butterfly garden, playgrounds, and the ever famous Sugar Shak, a place where you can find all the candies children dream about. This community doesn't only provide for the adults, but also the young and the young at heart.
