Mare Blu is located in the gated neighborhood of Majestica Beach is perfect for your next beach getaway! With a community pool and the beach access just steps away, Mare Blu is in the ideal location.
Upon entering this home, you will find the foyer to place your flip flops and beach gear. The first floor level has a separate ice maker to fill your coolers and a full size washer and dryer. The first bedroom with a queen size bed, flat screen tv and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combo is located on this floor.
The second floor level has an open concept living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and plenty of granite countertop space for preparing family meals. The rustic dining table seats 6 with additional seating for 2 people at the bar. The living room has a large comfy sectional couch that is perfect for family movie nights and a large flat screen tv. The shared wrapped balcony offers 3 chairs with 2 beverage tables for outdoor seating to enjoy the evenings after a fun filled day at the beach. Just off of the kitchen area, you will find the second bedroom. This king size bedroom has a flat screen tv, ensuite bathroom and access to the 2nd floor balcony. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and shower. Just down the hallway is a little nook with a desk and a full size bathroom for added convenience. This bathroom has a glass corner shower and a pedestal sink.
As you enter the third floor level there is a wet bar with a mini fridge, small sink and coffee maker – perfect for the kids and an early cup of coffee!
The third bedroom is the kids bunk room. This room has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle and a futon (total of 2 twins, 1 full and 1 full size futon). There is also a flat screen tv and Xbox 360!
The fourth bedroom is the master with a king size bed, flat screen tv, shared balcony and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and shower. The shared balcony offers gulf views and has 4 chairs for outdoor seating.
The fifth bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen tv, shared balcony and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and shower. The shared balcony connects with the master king bedroom.

1) Travel protection is NOT included in our quotes, but can be purchased during check out or obtained independently.
2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX only.
3) This property has 5 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.

Absolutely perfect location
The property was amazing! Each room with its own full bathroom and tv’s. The nearby private beach access couldn’t be more convenient and the pool was a great way to end the day. Family vacations get better and better every year!

Great Spring Break 2021
The 'Mare Blue' property was perfect. Very short walk on boardwalk to beach. Pool was just steps away. Sunsets were beautiful. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Four beautiful king beds with large bathrooms and walk in closets. Queen bedroom on main floor.

Great Location
Great location. We biked everywhere and they provide the bikes. The pool is a house length away and the beach was super close and very walkable.

Great Location/House
Walk to the beach is a breeze. We walked to Seaside several times for lunch and shopping. We walked for coffee at Beachy Bean every morning. The kids biked up to Seaside daily. We walked across the street several nights for dinner as well. I would definitely recommend it!

Great house to rent.
We rented Mare Blue and really liked the location. The pool was nearby and beach a short walk away. Our four grandchildren rode the bikes ( provided) up and down 30A on the bike paths. The house was clean and spacious. Ice machine on first floor was nice. It was a great house for a crowd and I would recommend it.

I'd Go Back
Clean, comfortable & access to beach is great! Location on 30A is close to many restaurants within walking distance. I liked the gated access to the neighborhood as well. I’d rent again. Although the beach is “private” it was still busy & you’ll need to reserve chairs if you want to sit near the ocean.

This is our second stay at Mare Blu, and it was even better than the first time! The 30A Escapes team is friendly and proactive. They provided us with helmets for the great bicycles provided with this rental. The house was spotless upon arrival. The kitchen was very well-equipped and there were plenty of towels. SECRET BONUS: This house has a high-volume icemaker right near the front door...so convenient as you head to the nearby beach!
