The newly renovated WaterColor Beach Club is the crown jewel of this 30A community. It features 3 pools with unobstructed Gulf views and lots of deck space for sunbathing. WaterColor was designed to enhance the natural beauty that surrounds this beach haven bordering the Gulf of Mexico and South Walton’s largest coastal dune lake. This 30A FL beach community was built with sustainability in mind to create a small-town vibe that allowed for the natural landscape to be kept intact. Care was taken to protect the tall pine and scrub oak trees of the Western Lake while modern amenities were added to create the upscale feel.

The timeless architecture draws upon southern influences, with large wraparound porches, wooden columns and siding. Local vegetation flourishes and adventure is never far from reach in WaterColor. The community was designed to be explored by foot or bike, with little need for other means of transportation.

All throughout you'll find pebbled trails leading to new adventures around every corner. The town is loaded with parks, community pools and green spaces. The WaterColor boathouse is where you can rent Sand Up Paddleboards and/or kayaks to explore Western Lake. Sports lovers will enjoy access to the tennis courts and near by golf courses. Venture a bit west and you'll discover Grayton Beach State Park. There you'll find a multitude of activities in nature, from hiking to fishing to camping.

Guests can drop-in on fitness classes often held on the main green space by the Beach Club. Once you’re feeling well-rested, hit the town to explore local fare, from coffee shops to James Beard award-winning restaurant, Fish Out of Water. You’ll need plenty of energy to explore all the local shops in WaterColor offering selections, including outdoor gear, beach fashion, and designer apparel. Meet friends or family by the iconic clock tower in the town center for shopping show-and-tell before exploring the local nightlife. Start with a glass of your favorite red at Wine World or pop into a bar to taste the local flavors, such as tropical fruit cocktails or locally distilled spirits.
