We moved to South Walton from the great state of Wisconsin in 2013. My wife had vacationed a few times in Destin growing up but it was my first time seeing the Emerald Coast. I was blown away with the natural beauty of the area and was happy we moved to warmer weather. It didn't take long to meet new people and make friends. The first year on 30A I worked for a bike rental company in Seacrest Beach. While working at Peddlers 30A, I became friends with the founders of 30A Escapes and eventually started working with them full-time. I started as their bike manager and did that for a couple years. Eventually, they realized my background was in websites / digital marketing and my role changed to what it is today. I really enjoy creating original content related to the 30A area and look forward to doing it for many years to come!
